I wonder how much Juan Mata's ability to speak english helped in his transition to english football/Chelsea.. Watching interviews of Aguero, Tevez, Oscar, Ozil, Coutinho, etc, if they were able to speak english a bit better, how that would have a direct correlation with their performance...
