Remy and Rooney are like 2 different players.... Remy is a counter attacking demon with immense pace. Rooney lacks pace, but has really good technique. Remy isnt Lukaku bad in technique, but isnt really as good as his French counterparts.

Most complete Im not too sure of. I think City is the most complete team in the EPL. However, Hart has been sucking for a while and their whole team is injury prone these days.

Remy is world class in terms of pace for CFs.... Besides that, he will probably have a difficult time playing holdup striker. I would of prefer Costa, Giroud/Bony/Gomis, and Remy.
