Shaw is adament he's gonna stay at Southampton for a good few years yet. If Everton Value Baines at £18m, we could probably get him for £14m. He has so many qualities, he could play for 4 more seasons at a great level.

Everton have put an £18m valuation on Leighton Baines. We need to really look at this, Cole has 1 year, maybe 2. Baines is perfect to replace him and worth every penny of the £18m valuation. DO IT!

All i can say is perfect. He's 40 but he's still a top keeper and perfect for the role. He's better than ruddy even if he is 40 (and Australian). Very well done Chelsea, awesome news.

Does anyone know when the live premiership fixtures will be announced? I'm desperate as hell to go to the Hull game. I've never been to an opening game and i've not been to a league game for ages. I'm planning to go to at least 10 games this season. Tickets were supposed to go on sale to members on yesterday at 7am but it looks like being live so are holding on. The atmosphere on the first day down the bridge on Jose's 2nd coming will be electric.

Definitely this will alert everyone. I don't know a top 6 team that wouldn't be interested tbh. I don't reckon we will be though, maybe Tottenham and Arsenal would probably show the most interest

If we sign Rooney, it should be a 2 year deal max because if he's going to do a Torres and even dare i say a Rooney of 2013 proportions, he needs to do one asap. If he hits it off and shows his old form, extend it.

Look what i started, 3 pages of weather chat, i feel proud and honoured. 27 degree's is boiling for us poms. I spent a month in the Philippines, that was pretty extreme. It's even 28 over night there and close to 40 during the day, horrible sleeps even with the fan on with cockroaches and lizards on the ceiling. Like i said tho, as long as the sun is out, i'm a happy geezer. I hate clouds and despise overcast weather, in fact that shit gets me depressed. And yes, Barbara i'm 26, sorry to give you the middle age signs (Apologies to offended 40 year olds).

Yeah, 20-25 is perfect really, though i'm happy as long as the sun's out. I'm glad i made the most of this weekend tbh, now need to think of an idea for a leaving do for next Saturday. Wish i lived near the seaside, jumping in the Thames really doesn't do it for me.
