Chelsea offensive problem is quite simple. Playing players out of their favoured positions and playing players who are hopeless.

We need wingers more than they do. We play a 4-3-3 formation which is a line of 4 defenders, 3 central midfielders, 2 wingers and a striker. Problem is we actually have no wingers and we wonder why we're so fucking shit this season. Man Utd have Giggs (old cheating fart but still a winger), Nani, Young and Valencia who ARE genuine wingers. We use Sturridge who's a striker, Kalou who's, well... just a useless striker in truth, Mata, a creative midfielder and sometimes Ramires who's a box to box midfielder. We need this guy. We also have 3 of his countrymen in our ranks.

We definitely need the snow again to save us, i really don't want us to play Man Utd yet. A break would be nice.

I don't wanna put the kiss of death on it but we look pretty nailed on to get him. If we fail to qualify for the UCL, we are absolutely fucked. That's the only way we'd miss out on him.

You cannot sack a manager when he's still buying his players, it's impossible. We have to just try n come 4th and then next season is the real season to start properly and push on. He's obviously got his ideas and he's obviously been assured of time otherwise he wouldn't do it this way. We've brought in a few since the summer, he's putting his mark on the team but just hasn't finished yet. All the big stuff will be done in the summer. It will be a disaster though if we don't qualify for the Champions' League. Absolute tragedy. We all have to just trust the guy and see what happens. I'm pissed off with this season, it's been the worst shit i've ever seen from a Chelsea team but i really have faith that he knows what he's doing and will sort it out. In the next 2 years, this squad will be unrecognisable and things will be completely different. I'm genuinely excited. Forget about this season, write it off. Essien would've been better, if he's on the bench, he's ok to play. He's a CM who can attack as he did when Lampard was injured in 07/08. He stepped up to the plate n bagged a few goals and kept us winning. Don't play a hopeless left midfielder in CM where he's even more hopeless. an 80% fit guy is a better option than a hopeless twat.
