This game is that type of game where we literally have to get through it even tho we don't want to play it. It's just in the way. We should play as many fringe players as possible and hope it's a good enough team to beat Wigan. We don't have to play our best team but Drogs needs a start i think just to get some action. We need him in form for Barcelona because he's always caused them problems. In fact Torres has scored 7 against Barca too that works in our favour as well. Romeu, come back please, wherever you are, we need you for this game. I don't care how shit we play, we just have to get the job done.

Last time we played Barca at home, we had Arse 3 days later at the Emirates and whipped em 4-1. All this with a caretaker manager too. Oh and we won the FA Cup .... played Everton in the final. Strange. I know i've said this a few times but it is kinda weird if u think about it.

How many times did he provide a devastating final ball or test a keeper or even beat a player or actually do anything. He did nothing good, nothing. The stuff that Mata did do was quality. Mata didn't even play out wide did he? he was hardly ever there. I don't care if Kalou lost the ball less times or whatever than Mata, i don't think they were in the exact same scenario's and ran at defenders the same amount of times and did everything the same. Mata is quality, Kalou is fucking disastrous. I don't care about Malouda or anyone, i am just sick to fucking death of Kalou. He ruins every attack, every single one and it's annoying as hell.

Just because we've had a good run doesn't mean we're now a better team. We aint even played anyone great in this run yet. It's nice to get to the semi's but it's not nice to see that the Chelsea team faced with getting revenge against Barcelona is this one. We have to be realistic, we love our team but over 2 legs, and with the 2nd being away, we don't have a hope in hell. So what if they have the El Classico, we have Arsenal away like 3 days after the 1st leg. Fuck that.

It's always better coming here like 24 hours after the game because u can't get a word in edgeways. And it's always heat of the moment and irrational lol. I'm glad we're through. The journey ends here without doubt but it's been a good run. What a disgraceful team we just played against, all they did was moan and cry and hit the floor and appeal and try to get our players booked and sent off. They spent nearly the whole game rolling around on the floor, this is the worst fucking team i've ever seen come to the bridge. Even barca weren't as bad as them. Start mentally at 0-0, win the game, get the job done. Just needs to be treated as a 1 off game of football at home in front of your fans. Can't treat it like we had it won like Liverpool in 08/09. That was the scariest match of my life.
