We have any RDM songs? 'Oh Robbie we love you' Or 'One Di Matteo, there's only one Di Matteo' Dunno if i ever heard any Robbie songs back in the day. If i did, i've forgot em lol. But yeah please ppl..... Sing Robbie's name. I'd be so happy if he succeeded in the 3 months he has and can do what Hiddink did. If we got a new manager i'd like to get Capello if Jose decides against us but i would rather Robbie succeed over anyone else.
-
God didn't sack him as far as i'm aware.
-
Robbie n Franco would be awesome, i'd actually start going again if that happened. The odds list is laughable. Nobody is realistic at all, i can't (Jose aside) for the life of me even think who we might appoint now. Will we go for experienced or young again? Surely experienced seems the most likely if we have to rebuild because rebuilding needs as much experience as possible. Fuck me i can soooo see Capello coming. He can get his Captain back too Makes sense albeit we can forget about good flowing attacking football. I wouldn't mind boring efficient football tho with a solid spine. Worked for us before. Yeah, fuck it.... let's get FABIO!
-
Neither will Hulk lol. Now we need to think of other ppl ... I know Hulk aint in this list nor is he a striker but just saying. Porto links will be kinda gone now.
-
That vid has been posted about 4 times but yeah, he does get it spot on. Well, it happened to him so he should know how shit it feels.

CONFIRMATION OF MY SHIT LUCK!!
-
I think he'll be respected and i think we'll do ok. He's done the management stuff before, he has more experience than AVB too lol he's not a rookie. We can't be any worse than we have been since that Arsenal game which started the misery of a season. He'll stake his claim for the job i reckon, he'll certainly try his best. I can see him changing some things.
-
His West Brom team drew at Old Trafford 2-2 from 2-0 down and beat Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates in the same season. He played very good stylish open football and was very, very harshly sacked. Playing open attacking, passing football is harder with a weaker team tho who don't have the players and in the games against teams around them, they struggled a lot after the new year. Hope he brings in Mr. Zola.
-
I hope AVB gets a job that suits him and i really wish him all the best. Rebuilding a big sinking ship wasn't the job for him unfortunately. So curious to see how we play with Robbie because i know JT, Lamps, DD etc will have the utmost respect for RDM.
-
Anyone noticed how utterly shit Birmingham have been at home lately? We have hope.
-
Gary Neville and Graeme Souness were right with everything they said. And hearing Guillem Balague on Spanish Football, i have even less confidence Jose will come back. Tottenham or Man City are more likely to get him than us. He was at Porto, won everything. Came to Chelsea when we had everything set, we were ready for something big. Went to Inter who had won like 2 or 3 italian titles in a row and players in a good age. They were ready for something big. Went to Real Madrid who are Real Madrid... they have great players and will always be in the mix. He had the bottle to get rid of Raul & Guti. What will he get at us now? He wont want to be the one to get rid of DD, Lamps and JT and rebuild. He only goes to teams that are ready, teams that are set up to move to the next level. We're on the decline and it's rapid. Tottenham are set up and are ready for the next step and Man City are ready for something huge. I think, in fact i'm 100% sure that he'll be in charge of either Man City or Tottenham if not next season, the season after.
-
Should this really be merged all the time? i mean seriously, it seems just weird now reading the first few pages.
-
The toughest part is getting Lampard, Cole and Drogba out or a least to accept bit-part roles. Once this is ok, we can move on. JT and Ess to some extent too. I think they all need to go and once they have gone, we can really move on.
-
Completely and utterly gutted. The 2 games that are left are Anderlecht to win and Real Madrid to win. Anderlecht are winning like 4-0 and Real Madrid will win so yeah.... Shakhtar Donetsk have just cost me £1,338. Had nicer weekends.
-
Just sing 'Jooooseeee Mooourinho!!'
-
Can't believe so many people have said yes. There is no chance in this earth that we'll qualify for the UCL for next season. Arsenal have just beat Tottenham and won at Anfield.... We play Man City and Tottenham in successive games soon and we won't win either of them. We're a joke of a team with finished players and Arsenal will finish not just above us in the end, but 10 points or more above us. 4th place is 100% out of the question now.
-
Jose obviously because he's the only man that JT and Lamps will respect.
-
Came up on ESPN whilst watching the Tyne-Wear derby. Was mega shocked actually because i was hoping he'd get a chance to revolutionise Chelsea and get the shit out. It's certainly been him vs the players and quite simply the players have won. So now what? Jose looks really possible, really, really possible now AVB has gone and he's said he's coming back to England and now we're a club with a vacancy. Benitez wont happen, that's just shitty rumours. Maybe Robbie will make his stake with the remaining games this season? we'll see. Would like a 4-4-2 manager tho, that would be nice. Bit pissed off really. He got slated about his team selection at Napoli, then he played them against WBA and we lost to them. He couldn't have won this season no matter what he did. The players should be ashamed imo. This is their fault. Now we need to start again..... AGAIN
-
I feel for AVB, these players are just not good enough at all. It's gonna take a long time to get back to where we used to be. Such a pity it's got so bad, never would've expected us to be this shit a few years ago. It's not looking good for AVB now.
-
that's it. 7th defeat.
-
Shame we can't make 11 subs, this has been truly horrible stuff.
-
Typically uninspiring stuff. So blunt it's unbearable at times. 2nd half on the way.
-
Technically as a footballer, Gerrard is better. He's a better passer, has a better long range shot, is a better tackler and is quicker. Lampard is smarter, has the better football brain. He see's opportunities to sneak in a get crucial goals very often, much more often than Gerrard. Gerrard is a creative midfielder. Lampard is a goalscoring midfielder. The best 2 at what they do, at least in the premiership over the last decade.
-
i like the idea, i remember you used to do it before. Gives everyones views in a summary kinda thing.
-
Only caught the 2nd half and i must say i thought it was a very good half, good passing, good attacking, good tempo, nice comfortable win. Happy. Lampard appeared very influential and involved in nearly everything.
