PUTIN'S PLANS TO CONQUER THE WORLD AND THE GREEK MYSTERY ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It would be nice if Putin started life with all of the USSR and the Warsaw pact in place. De-communistized by Gorbatchev but in place. He could n't have that but he felt he had to take back Ukraine, to exploit its economic potential it is understood. In the end he has n't done that either. He has captured a small part of Ukrainian territory not all of it, unless something dramatic happens and he actually does succeed to take the entire country. But what about world conquest plans ? Certainly the commies before him had such plans. Under Stalin - Krustchev and Brezhnev they tried, to the extent they could do it of course. Putin ? I don't think he is going to strike further west in Europe. To gain influence through political proxies yes, but strike no. He knows he will find himself infront of a very hard wall this time and it won't be easy. Use of nukes will be very much against him as also against the enemy. The obvious answer is go south. The soft underbelly. He already has the Iranians and the Hamash, the Hezbollah and the Huthis. Then Turkey is unstable, Greece is somewhat unstable. Can he not work out something there ? Some historians maintain that the south is beyond the reach of the Russians and they don't like it. They like the European plains but they don't like the warm waters. But can that hold true forever ? The Greek mystery is this: In 2015 the left wing Syriza government offered him Greece. Everyone knew it - everyone admits it now, Putin said no. The price he had to pay was some 500 billion euros and he said no. Syriza then offered Greece to the Chinese who also said no. But for the Chinese it is understandable. Too far and a similar venture they tried with Albania back in the seventies proved useless and they abandoned it. To me 500 billion looks like cheap for an entire country, from which you could deploy your fleet and control the east med. With the Turks he reached a better understanding but it's not as if Erdogan offered him the entire country as a base. In Greece now he has his proxies but they are not so strong politically -not yet- plus another factor is we don't speak the language. The old communist party leaders certainly did speak Russian but I wonder what is the case with the more recent ones, ms Paparigas (the Kleb lookalike) and mr. Koutsoumbas. Ms Paparigas used to be an IKA national security employee. Where did she learn Russian and did she ? So how is Putin going to conquer the world ? We know the Russians are scrooges. Back in the days of communism they were constantly declining Bulgarian pleas for economic assistance. In 1948 instead of helping Jugoslavia they wanted Tito to give them all of the Jugoslav cereal produce (!) and this is what caused the rift. That was when at the same time the Americans had started the Marshal plan for the west of Europe. So, given that Trump is now a good ally, how is he going to do it ?

Where Trump will fail without hesitation-repetition or deviation is in his "money exists" promise. The Americans will be eating old pairs of sneakers in a while.

I too warned about structural weaknesses but others than those you present. Maybe the clincher was the 7/10 in the end, engineered by Putin to have this effect. What is a processed-based ?

I did n't want to repeat all the story with Sarah Palin and the images and all that. But you think Trump is not behind it ? Stop writing childish posts - increases the bandwith used by the site for no reason - TC will have to pay.

You have a thing against Harris because she lost and imagine things. I mean Biden's policies were not criticised by anyone in the dem party. It was a situation similar to that of Andreas Papandreou in 1995. Did n't want to resign as prime minister although his was ill, from the party were pressurising him to do that, finally his condition became critical and had to resign and died in June 1996.

Imaginations. First of all real primaries would not start in July 2024 but in 2023. And I repeat, Biden was never criticised by any dems. What happened was they expressed worries about his mental fatigue.

For Ukraine Trump messaged Zelensky saying "in 38 days your allowance will be cut". But pending Trump's "peace negotiations" the Russians don't seem to halt their campaign. With a demoralized Ukrainian army infront of them who knows ? They may reach the western frontier. Also Kremlin (Peskov) denies any claims that they agreed with Trump to limit the intensity of their operations.

The election result is the make or break. Dukakis, Mondale, Kerry, Hillary, Harris bad. Carter, Bill Clinton, Obama good Anyways assuming Carter, Bill Clinton, Obama were really great and the others who failed, were not how do you know a primary the last summer would produce someone like them or someone "better positioned" ? It is arbitrary.

It's not the rule that primaries produce great candidates and anyway we always call the subsequent election winners "great" and the losers "not great". So in a real primary Kamala maybe was going to win, maybe would n't even put herself up for nomination. How would I know ? But Biden was criticized by the dems only for his health situation - the mental fatigue. For nothing else.

Costello added, “It really would be at the discretion of the Trump administration as to who they target, with very little recourse for the targeted organization.” An earlier version of the bill passed the House in April by a vote of 382-11.“ Praising criminal activities is already a federal crime. Last week in Athens there was someone with a bomb. Exploded in his hands by mistake, killed him and almost demolished a house. In the house the police found a stash of weapons. The man was in Germany before and some of his acompliishes who were arrested were also moving between Germany-Switzerland-Netherlands. So yesterday in Berlin there was a demonstration in favour of those arrested ! But the German police just dispersed them, no arrests were made.

We don't know if a real primary would have produced a far better candidate. Sometimes the dems produced great candidates from their primaries, other times not. US policy towards Israel is fixed since Dwight Eisenhower was president. You -anyone- wanting an anti-Israel alliance with Hamash, Hezbollah, Iran is crazy as well won't happen ever. However the size of the anti-Israel block of voters eludes me. In the USA there are no pro-communist parties as such, to guide us towards an estimate. Then 7/10 happened to produce exactly this effect. If you are Hamash-Iran then you know Biden is your enemy and Trump is also your enemy. So you choose Trump hands down and you want him badly, because he is divisive in America, in Europe, in NATO.

He probably means reversing the ancient US policy towards Israel and declaring USA pro-Arab and anti-Israel was the thing to do ! I think this is both impossible and improbable - while at the same time I honestly don't know how many did indeed not vote dem because they are pro-Arab (but voted in the past when things were not so hot). Anyway about the "never Trump movement" it's something we never even saw and I personally learned the word today or yesterday. Unless we talk about the meek opposition during the primaries - but his opponents declared support afterwards, all of them.

I 'm not a wise one but genocide is to eliminate a nation, or attempt to eliminate a nation. Known genocides are the Armenian genocide and the holocaust. Other types of events such as My Lai are not genocides, they are called "massacres". Gaza is not. It is parallel victims and Hamash is responsible for that when they did not declare the city undefended. The anti-israeli Hamash propaganda is amoeba caliber. The old propaganda from radio Moscow, radio Bucharest, radio Tirana, lord Haw Haw we used to hear sometimes was far more intellectual and convincing.
