ARE YOU A COMMIE, OR A CITIZEN ? ------------------------------------------- I mean to broaden the horizon of this age old question. To make you understand let's first look who are the patriotic citizens and who are the commies. The patriotic citizans are the majority and they also include -by and large- the establishment, the jet sets. The commies are the minority and they are stereotyped as working class individuals, though that is n't necessary. So this makes you say "hello, I had better be a citizen". Not for moral reasons, apart from any moral reasons, this seems to be the best in crowd to belong. Well if you are jet set it's ok. But if you are not ? The mistake you are making is that by being a patriotic citizen you are a pin in the haystack. Suppose you open a cafeteteria in a smallish but not too small a town. Say West Brom whose population is about 100,000. If you open it in one of the tourist spots of the town that's fine. But that's expensive even if you find such a spot. So you open it in one of the backstreets ? But then bliahhh, it will close in three months. So what do you do ? You name it "Karl Marx cafeteria" - you attract all the town's commies and you become rich. You even have a margin to survive with one or two antagonists. If someone opens another cafeteria called "cafeteria of the proletariat" at half a mile distance from you it's no problem. So that's why some clever blokes become commies. This can be enlarged of course to others, neofascists for example, Putin's admirers. Cafeteria "Benito Mussolini" and cafeteria "tero nero". Those who are scared of the CIA, FBI, MI6 and such entities are dummies - they stay out of the money.

That vipleague keeps showing ads and takes ages before it makes any sort of connection. When something like a connection is made I see a circle going round and around for ever - a circle, not the three dots.

Disabled adblocker you mean. I think I clicked disable on this site and refreshed but still.

Why are pool so much better than we are ? Early on, in August, I believed in Arsenal but they are floundering. At the same points as we are but I expected much-much better. City also as cofavourite. In my opinion they have problems with some aged-burned out players. But pool I did not fancy. To qualify for next year's champions league yes, but not for runaway champions. What makes them perform so much better ?
-
Mine does n't.
-
I 'm watching because if the score becomes 2-3 I will back City for the win.
-
Nonsense,, It says "wait 30 seconds to close this window". I wait 30 seconds, the counter goes down from 30 to 1. Click again - nothing.

It's frustrating we did not score three or more against this Leicester side, especially when we did get the early goal. The match was made difficult, not a thriller but difficult.

There was a time when nucleat war seemed ok - in so far as any sort of warfare seemed ok. We are talking about Hiroshima-Nagasaki. Truman did the dastardly thing not to warn the Japanese about Hiroshima. By doing that he was not compromising the US strike capability in any way but he did n't do it. All he had to do was send someone to the Japanese embassy in Lisbon and tell the Japanese all about it. The Japs did not surrender after Hiroshima and there was the second dropping on Nagasaki, thus partially absolving the Americans but only partially. Hiroshima was registered as an American war crime. Then Mac Arthur wanted nukes to be used against North Korea but he was overruled and got sacked. Yet even after the Soviet bomb there were some who believed nuclear weapons could be used to win a war. Now it is understood that nuclear war is mutually assured destruction, Suppose we are back in 1944 but with both the Americans and the Germans having nuclear bombs. The operation Overlord was launched, Hitler was asleep and failed to give Runsted the order to mobilise, so Normandy was an initial success just like we know it happened. But hey, he 's got the bomb. So he fires some rockets and the five beaches Utah-Omaha-Gold-Juno-Sword go up in smoke together with all the allied troops and ships. What then ? But Eisenhower would know this in advance. He knows that all the preparations and the rubber soldiers to deceive the Germans into believing the invasion was to take place at Calais are useless. What happens then to the invasion but of course what happens to the Germans at the same time ? Bombardier Harris was only too happy to send them his presents. So what is a win strategy ? There is a theory that whoever manages to take out the opponent's launching sites is the winner. The Cuban missiles could indeed do something like that in 1962 - close proximity, shorter flight time. But even so, Moscow woud burn and Leningrad and Sevastopol. It looks pretty useless. Do you know that Winston Churchill and Benito Mussolini had, in secret correspondence, agreed on something ? Winston wrote to Banny and said "hey Benny, if you win I 'm your friend - you will arrange so I won't be prosecuted". Benny said "ok, but if you win then you as a friend will also arrange so I won't be prosecuted". It was agreed but Winston could n't keep his promise because first the Swiss border guards and then the partizans made it impossible for Benny to reach safety. Now what good will it do ? Ok they can go underground but that's not much of a victory. Is it ? Ultimately I regard Vlad now as a big mouthed bully. I just would n't pay attention to his threats.

One thing you don't do in war is become shy towards the enemy. So if I was a Japanese admiral could I say to the emperor "I 'm not going to Guadalcanal because the Americans are too strong there" ? That kind of excuse would be sheer military nonsense. Some excuse based on logistics maybe but to say in so many words "... because the Americans are too strong there" is sheer nonsense. So therefore Ukraine are going to use the new weapons and use them again.

They want to scare Zelensky. The rocket was conventional of course. Putin in the meantime throws dissenters out of windows day after day. Putin offers a choice tea-plutonium-window. Apparently the window is the less painful.

The left may still exist but is being dicredited edeverywhere and people laugh. The only left that earns my respect is the KKE. The KKE and its sister parties have as their ultimate purpose to create a dystopian world. But within the sphere of left wing logic the Stalinists are the only ones who merit respect and in any case possess a coherent ideology. This leaves the social democrats and the moderate conservatives who are however both losing ground towards the dangerous Trump like entities. The pointers indicate we are going to have stronger Trumpism in politics. Weaker left also but only somewhat. At the same time moderates seem incapable to think logically and stop this, other by giving in to some of the right wing demands which does n't do them any good. In reality are those right wingers less corrupt ? No they 're not. I know them. If they see a 50p coin on the floor they will jump like Banks-Bonetti-Olver Khan to catch it.

The differences are small. No one can speak of huge ideological shifts that have taken place. It's more of a rep thing, the Trump phenomenon. They did not want a moderate or quasi-moderate candidate (like Bush - Romney - Healey) but him. Then there were the six million or so absentees in the Harris camp, Now that the count of votes is almost complete this looks like being the number - enough to have given her the victory. But again were those people dems or 2020 dems now Trump leaning who decided not to turn up ? In the post Bin Laden world there is this phenomenon everywhere. I remember Hillary in the year 2000. Bill was lame duck president and she traveled somewhere for a good will visit (Europe, South America - I don't remember). Returning to New York airport she said "happy Ramazan everybody" as it was Ramazan in November 2000. You fancy anyone among the libs saying "happy ramazan" now ? Starmer - Macron - Harris - Angela Merkel ? The Dems were unlucky with the October 7 events, even though this was really by design to help Trump and Putin was behind it (n.b. he threw another one from a window last week). While many muslim voters would have voted Dem if things were n't so hot down there, now they did n't. Also the woke agenda and there was one played a more than significant role. Do you know that in Greece former prime minister Antonis Samaras just resigned from the government party and now there is the possibility of early elections if some more mps follow ? Samaras was the one who put the Golden Dawn leadership to prison back in 2013. Golden Dawn continued to exist for five more years but they had to stop their violent actions thanks to the resolute stance of Antonis Samaras. Now what does he want ? He wants to form a new party with the right wingers ! There seem to be about 20% of those and he wants to lead them - with the obvious exception of the ultras who remain faithful to the Dawn one should think. His opposition to the woke agenda of Mitsotakis is one of the reasons he wants to do that, The one he fancies as deputy is ms Latinopoulos, this debutant: Greece is supposed to be the 51st state by the way.

It rather is. But with commie governments everyone eats raw corn. Can't trust certified liars to demo for me, sorry. Also it was only commies. I had to follow a peculiar trajectory, parallel to the demo for 600 meters or so, then through, then through again on the way back, Eveywhere commies. Now about the burger in my neighbourhood it is 4.50 from 3.50 last year and it's very nice. The Everest chain are thieves and it was doggie food.

Ha', I just returned from downtown where I had various business to attend. Full of commies, I need a doctor for my ears. Then I ate a burger sandwich from Everest - horrible, for the cats - 6.20 euro. I see what you mean in the quote but as I said in Europe certain nuclei exist. But not a single cop - I saw only two who were looking at shop windows.

The working classes are no longer socialist or socialist leaning like they used to be, especially in America. Sacco and Vanzetti would not be the folklore heroes they used to be. Crazy wildcats the modern day liberals woud probably call them or even "agents provocateurs". In Europe a hard core of leftists still exists but they are becoming less and less important. Even the rightists spend less and less time bashing them and Margaret Thatcher's famous speeches belong to the museum. This is because the socialists in government did not produce the miracles they promised but also because communism is now thoroughly exposed as a system of universal poverty and destitution rather than as a system of emancipation and progress. The populists is the current fashion, Pepe Grillo - Trump - Orban and Farage too (should be at 0.5% - he is at 15%). Never mind their being fascist or semifascist, they are in fashion. They will fall with a huge thud though, like Syriza did. This Greek Syriza actually claimed both titles, left and populist in one package but now is discredited.

To win a war we must strike, In 1940 Greeks fought Benito Mussolini forces in Albania but at the same time RAF sank their fleet in Taranto bay. You don't strike and you stay timid - you lose.
