  1. The dems are shooting themselves in the foot with this Biden saga. They should never have raised the issue, just let Trump make the fuss he wants and to heck with it. It's obvious they should look forward to someone like the young Bill Clinton or Barack Obama for the future, yet even if they find him now what can he do in three months ? Also Biden is not a challenger, he is an incumbent so the Trump camp will say "what has been going on the last four years ?". Biden does not have this problem since the debate or since a few days before the debate. If it is a problem -and I 'm not convinced it is- it is a problem that has been there all along, from January 2020. So it's a Scylla and Charybde situation now. But instead of further weaponizing Trump they had better stick to Joe and enough damage has been done already.
  2. Gaza is different because Hamas has opted for city war. Here looks like deliberate area bombing.
  3. Ukraine in any case counts as international crisis, it's not taxes. But yeah, it's junta without jiunta and I don't believe the leftists when they say to me "mondieux, les pauvres, why don't they make consortium with Rolls Royce ?" - the Kouloglou character, search him. I don't think you have the equivalent though, you have other stuff.
  4. Rather true. For me the big economic problem is the punitive taxation against the poor people and the punitive taxation against private businesses forcing them to close. Some people use to publish in facebook lists of prices 40 years ago and compare them with today's prices. But I remember those prices and the big difference with today is from government taxes. Some other reasons exist (inflation - raw materials) but it's mainly taxes.
  5. Yeah ok - brain surgeon rough sleepers following a wage cut are not that many. I mean in a very general sense.
  6. The tents and rough sleepers are the result of super tax evasion by the rich and super taxation of the poor people, the middle class people and the industries. What has it got to do with the Reform political platform ? You may be a reformer but Reform - UKIP and co has - never had any relation with the such problems.
  7. Faamily pride demos. You heard of those ? I always thought the opposite to gay pride is milf pride - a demo of milfs seeking men. What family pride ?
  8. The brexiters are deluded people and compulsive liars.
  9. I don't remember any time Uruguay had the measure of Brazil (except for the 1950 thing !). Capable of offering some resistance yes. Are they so good now so as to threathen Brazil and Argentine ? Colombia are good -I saw them- but Uruguay ?
  10. The presence of the short one is a handicap for Argentine - they should ditch him. The other one Uruguay v. Brazil why is it considered a derby match ?
  11. IQ is a notoriously hit and miss idea. Suppose this thing happens and Scotland yard invite you to solve a crime. There are possibilities: - you have no clue, you don't solve the murder - it's a copycat of a crime you 've seen before - Scotland yard are amazed and they make you detective superintendant - you make a lucky guess - you have n't seen it before yet you actually do solve it on the spot Only the fourth possibility is IQ. Old IQ Mensa tests were error prone because of the above ambiguities. Modern tests are again not perfect but considerably improved.
  12. Ok. An opinionated person who finds his nonsense of a theory debunked will reply thus, as you did. Topic covered.
  13. The EU is a gathering of chiefs. How care about you ? What you say is meaningless in any language. You want it to care (after a fashion) ? Make it European government with elections of course, not without elections like Putin. You don't want European government ? Then don't criticize. As for the economy we are being killed by taxation (the individuals that is) long before any Mercedes Benz - Opel - Peugeot - Renault get a chance to kill anybody.
  14. I remember in 1975 this second group was a good 15% of the total vote, or so the pundits said. Total "no vote" in 1975 was 30%. According to the pundits that 30% was by one half "the group" and by the other half Enoch ! So how many are left and how many brexiters in total in the lab ?
  15. This is what happened in the election: 1st) The Labout percentage was nothing like impressive, only 34%. 2nd) Labs and Lds made secret pact for tactical voting, So the Tories needed telescope to see the colour of a constituency. 3d) Without Farage interference the Tories would be at 36% This last is a mystery. Why go for Farage ? I understand before the referendum - they were not happy with Cameron not doing it then not supporting leave. I understand the euro-elections of 2019. Those were not real elections plus May was slow in iplementing brexit. Now what was the problem ? Did Sunak ever say he wanted to abolish brexit ? I don't get it.
  16. Those Labour voters who voted for brexit in the ref/dum did so for Farage reasons (the free movement) or for Wedgwood Benn reasons (capitalist euros) ? What have you gathered ?
  17. I don't like PR. I support the Libs but I 'd like to see them winning entire constituencies. PR allows extremists -reds, blackies- to enter parliament with a mere national 4-5% and influence decision making.
  18. I found the percentages: LAB 34% CON 24% RFM 14% LD 12% GRN 7% SNP 2% SINFEIN 1% DUP 1% various 4% So from those we can investigate the brexit situation. Definitely pro-brexit parties = CON + RFM + DUP = 30% Definitely anti-brexit parties = LD + GRN + SNP = 21% Who knows = LAB = 34% Starmer says he likes brexit to continue but his voters don't follow. They may not press but don't follow. So what is the estimated percentage of brexiters in the Labour party ? Those are divided into "red wall" and trotskyites but how many are there ? It very much looks now as if Farage defeated the Tories and not Starmer ! The combination Tories + Farage scores higher than Labour ! It does n't translate to seats but it comes out as 36% to 34% ! Also from Labour's projected percentage it does n't look like they have regained the famous "red wall", other than the part of the red wall who never left the Labour party. Also a lot of anti-tory tactical voting must have taken place. In 2019 there was no tactical voting whatsoever, despite calls that were made for it. For the 2019 election after painstaking examination I found 80 seats BJ would have lost if there was tactical voting between Labs-Libs and Plaid Cymru ! Now there must have been a lot of tactical voting.
  19. How can Farage start a new political current in the UK ? The man looks like a west end pickpocket on the run.
