Do we have a friend from Spain ? For him the error should be three hours.

It appears that this clock of ours somehow takes as current time the user's local time. So current hour is 19.18 Gr time at my end. But the match hour is not similarly changed. It stays UK for the clock ! For other people the error may be 1 hour, 3 hours ...

It's Saturday 19.09 now. You say match will start in 1 day, 0 hours, 37 minutes. It should be 1 day, 2 hours, 37 minutes. UK time is 17.09. Again Chelsea - Fulham starts in 1 day, 2 hours, 37 minutes.

Sterling is one of the principal exponents of our dismal failure last year and Cucu is too small, he can't make it. He looks like a cockroach chasing cats on the pitch.

We do not move at velocities near the speed of light when the time zone changes.
-
Whatever your time zone is - Morocco, Transylvania - it starts in 3 hrs.
-
What's it got to do with UK time ? Δt is absolute value. Match starts in 3 hrs.
-
It's 3 hrs from now, not 1 hour.
-
It's 3.25 hours to the match not 1.25 you show now. I don't understand.

It's crazy money going around. Do you realize Drinkwater costed us 30 million. With 30 million I could buy the entire island I 'm in now plus the ships in the harbour. I stopped and pondered about it for a while. My frame of reference is the Greek market since I know the details. In the early sixties the record transfer was 1,100,000 drachmas equal to 13,000 sterling as the rate of exchange was back then. The player in question was Takis Loukanidis, a Franz Beckenbauer type of midfielder who made history. With 1,100,000 drachmas my dad could buy 5 houses in a decent neighbourhood. Perhaps not in a neighbourhood like Belgravia but not in an underdeveloped-slum area either - a decent neighbourhood. Nowadays 13,000 sterling is of course nothing in the football market. 5 million euros or more would be something to talk about with for Greece's football market. But for the five houses I was talking about I think 300,000 is good enough - make it 500,000 if you like. So the football money is crazy. But it's not only for Greece this kind of comparison. Three-four years ago I saw in the Daily Mail a former royal palace that was out for sale. Impressive, with gardens etc. The price ? A mere 7 million quid.

Look at this: Surely it cannot be allowed.

Pochettino to bring Mbappe ?

Pochettino to bring Mbappe ?
-
Kepa is not De Gea. Not many are better and Mendy after an electric start kept on scoring own goals.
-
Me too - USA hours.

Poor effort to divert the ball. But Cucu was covering - there was no need.

The new season is is not like previous seasons because we have some serious opposition. City, Arsenal and United back from the mothballs, Newcastle. Pool I don't fancy but should be mentioned plus anyone else who may turn up. Forget 2022-23 but during the two Tuchel seasons it was City-pool and nothing else really.

We should go for Mbappe.
-
Mbappe was transfer listed by PSG.

Well, Arsenal are no longer the nation's hoof ballers. I think this team is better than Wenger's good team.
-
Nice buildup - easy chance for Havertz.
-
Havertz scored.
-
Now watch Havertz, MLS stars v. Arsenal.
-
No way Havertz would have scored the Nkunku goal.
