My Trump assassination attempt theories: 1) Lone assassin, madman. Probable. In my bookkeeping about half the assassinations and attempts on political persons are lone assassins - deranged individuals. 2) A sort of flawed logic of the lone assassin or of the conspirators, in which the reps were going to nominate a non-MAGA, harmless moderate if Trump dies. 3) Putin conspiracy to make Trump clear favourite. If it was Putin it has a logic. Trump before the attempt was a mere 2% ahead in the polls. Would that last ? Same time of the year in 1988 Dukakis was 6% ahead of Bush but lost decisively. So do this to make it sure MAGA wins, or Trump himself wins if he survives. That of course requires turning Crooks into a robot man. This kind of thing though difficult to believe is part of many conspiracy theories.

It shows how flawed commie thinking is. Create a MAGA hero out of nothing. Though I 'm not familiar with the inner workings of the republican party, the pressure to nominate as candidate someone just as crazy would have been immense and rather irresistible.

Bullet takes 1-1.5 tenths of a second to travel that distance. It's possible for the taget to move a little. It's a nose up - nose down if you think of it in relation to horses, physically possible.

From 110 meters how long does it take the bullet to travel ? I can work it out but maybe you know. If it's more than a few tenths of a second the target may change position and the bullet misses.

Political assassinations often have no effect but sometimes they do. For example Greek Deligiannis in 1903 was a blind assassination. Deligiannis banned the card players clubs and a disgruntled thug working for such a club assassinated him. Papadopoulos in 1968 would also have been a blind assassination. Some fellow junta colonel just as juntist as Papadopoulos would readily succeed him and become pm. About JFK there are theories. He wanted to stop the Vietnam war and LBJ did n't want to, is one of the conspiracy theories. Then Hitler in 1944 yes, would have changed history. But Hitler in the beer hall maybe not - there were other nazis. With Trump it's dubious. If he died then the reps would probably nominate a non-MAGA candidate. Do they have a substitute MAGA candidate ? Thomas Matthew Crooks then who must have been a cryptocommunist was motivated in this way.

I don't like it. Casino ... rubbish. Hellenikon is a huge area by the sea as well. They could build 3-4 stadiums the size of Stamford bridge there. As for casino ... just use one of the old airport hangars then go to Omonia square, pick 5-6 Albanian guys and make them dealers and that's it. If the casino sky-scraper makes 100,000 euros a day, my casino in the old hangar will make exactly the same amount from the fools. But what they should have made there is a new race course. The Dubai of the med could have been. But they are idiots all of them. The Athens race course is-was in some other distant location and the imbeciles shut it down alltogether as well now. New Democracy are idiots. Syriza are other types of idiots. The Syriza party wanted Hellenikon to be left as is with wild thorns that sting (... neocommunist nature loving).

It's a wave of sympathy now for the orange man. If JFK had escaped the assassination the same thing would happen. As the reps opted for crazy Barry he would n't have much of a problem anyway but the wave of sympathy was going to be huge. It's difficult to make a conspiracy theory for yesterday. Missed his head by a mere 5 cm. The base of the skull close to the ear by less and I don't know what happens if a bullet hits there, But it was the biggest gift possible for Trump and probably for the new MAGA candidate had the attempt been succesful !

In Greece there were three major assassinations: Kapodistrias 1831, Deligiannins 1903, King George 1912. Attempts against Venizelos 1920, 1933. Attempt against Papadopoulos 1968. Also I forgot Bakoyannis who was assassinated in 1989, by the 17N terrorists. None of these changed history. But for king George the Germans are suspected. The killer, an anarchist, committed suicide soon after the act. It was two years before WWI. George was certain to join the entente but his son Constantine was a neutralist. But if the Germans waited for the war to start and king George to join the entente, it could n't work. Under such circumstances Constantine could never declare himself a neutralist. But two years before the war, for which the Germans were preparing, suited them. A conspiracy theory exists about Kapodistrias too. In his case it was a gang of land speculators was the official verdict. But as he was pro-Russian it could have been the British behind it.

Possible. These things happen to people. Greek superstar of the seventies Mimis Papaioannou was one of the tv pundits for world cup 2018. He was 75. Three years later I was surprised to hear from supporters he was in his last days with altzheimer. Last year he died. Other people can make it to 90-95 years of age. With Biden I don't know if he is about to become "jelly" but can prove disastrous re. his chances, agreed. But new candidate is more disastrous (& would n't have been so if Biden was the challenger).

About 15% in fact but you should take into account that the bookies at this time give significant odds for the various talked about replacements as well. It looks to me like more than 30% if those extras are eliminated from the probability calculations. With new candidate the 30% will become 18%-19%. I 'm afraid.
