I watched a large number of his games for Milan last season and his main/key attributes is, his directness/crazy pace. He is always trying to take on his man whilst being very unselfish more often than not. There isn't anything that I would pinpoint and say is exceptional right now but overall, he has a lot to his game that if he continues to improve, could see him become one of the elite. I'm failing to understand your point. If your point is about signing young unproven players, just look at our transfer history (Baba Rahman is STILL on our books). If your real issue is actually regarding the fee, overpaying of Cucu and Fofana will do enough damage in that regard.

I'll just say this - Tuchel (in your opinion of how things work) went for Haaland from the get go, but the club was ultimately priced out of any potential transfer; he then decided to go left field & went for someone with a less than stellar past in the EPL.
