The moment I heard about Bayern's possible interest, I thought it would be a given for multiple reasons. The main stumbling block was probably Napoli's asking price, as Bayern aren't the type of club to spend big most of the time. If I'm being honest, Bayern coming for Havertz next summer & for us to use that income on signing Osimhen would almost be the ideal scenario (Havertz having a 30GA+ season to end the doubts would be ideal).

I'm in agreement. I was as surprised as anyone by the sudden news (to me at least) about Trev potentially leaving should we sign Fofana. If those events were to transpire, it would be down to Tuchel's belief that makeshifts will work along with the odd RLC cameo in that position, something I'm not a fan of at all.

I don't think we're in a position to be picky. We have far too many players that are surplus to requirements, so if Newcastle want Pulisic on loan, we should facilitate it whilst getting someone that will improve us.

I'm with you on the Alonso front, but there surely has to be another way. Take FDJ off their hands, if they're so desperate to sign the former. Danjuma would tick a number of those boxes tbh. A quick fix - Muriel or Ronaldo (if it's for no longer than a year). Long term options - Danjuma or the last remaining quality CF that's obtainable, Osimhen.

That's just his fee. Add the cost of his wage (£200k~) on probably a three-year contract and you tell me if that makes sense financially. We need to stop throwing money down the drain.
