You get to 30m+ mark after you have at least 2 solid seasons(30 goals or so) at a decent league(Portugese/Ligue 1/BBVA/BPL/Bundesliga) if someone offer 35m for Lukaku that would be the biggest lol ever considering Falcao is only 15m more, Cavani 20m more, Copsta 3m less, Rooney 5m less, RVP 10m less and so on...

Rumors going around that PSG is intersted in Cech in the summer for 17m. Not saying it is a good move by us but if that is the case and Courtois demands me or him situation I would have to accept it imo. It is good money for a GK, practically with Neuer at around 25m.
