I think you can only achieve stability by having a manager who doesn't make a fool of himself, a manager who the team and the opponents respect. Jose has been on a decline as person ever since he won that Champions League with Inter back in 2010. We could achieve stability by promoting a manager from within the club, whether that is Steve Holland or a youth coach I cannot tell. Terry will retire at the end of the season or move elsewhere, so we could recall Kalas back from loan. Stones, Zouma, Cahill, Kalas might be a very solid defensive department. Get rid of Ivanovic and recall Ake and give a squad place for DaSilva or Aina. Suddenly our defence might look young, talented and potentially world class.

Why are people hating on Oscar so much? His form is dependant on Cesc's and vice versa...Oscar, RLC, Ramires would be a stable midfield where Oscar gets to do what he can do best which is pressing and short-passing tiki taka with Eden whilst having the odd shot at goal every now and then.
