  1. imageshack is the best of the lot! Upload a picture, get the url, post on a forum... ...simples!
  2. Sorry, but that Bolton kit looks horrible!! Obviously no thought process in the making of it!!
  3. Bruma?? Borini?? I have to say Borini for Swansea looks the business! Whether or not he gets regular starts for us is a different matter! I'd like him to get his chance though as optimistic as it may sound!
  4. I definitely see where you're coming from. Although, David Luiz shouldn't be slagged off just because he experienced one bad game, which so happened to have cost us the Premier League title, no player is perfect at the end of the day, and overall he has endured, a host of fantastic performances since his move in January. No doubt in my mind, that Alex and Terry should be our centre back pairing because they are both strong defensively, and that they can put in a hard, determined performance. But as far as our defence is concerned, the way I see things, is that sometimes, a sweeper is needed. Someone who can take the ball from defence and run out with it. That's what Carvalho always used to do, and Luiz is the closest player we have to something like that. Terry always functions well, when there's someone beside him who is quicker than him, and can sweeps the ball with confidence. As far as wingers are concerned, people can say what they like, but since Shaun Wright-Phillips left the club, we have never had a better winger. I was really pissed off when we sold him back to Man City because I classed him as one of the quickest players in our team, but the reason for his departure was because he was never played enough. If you can remember the 4-1 win over West Ham during the 2007-08 season (Tevez played for them back then), the goals he scored were amazing. Drop of the shoulder to trick the defender, place the ball into the far corner. Absolutely exquisit. Has Anelka or Kalou done that this season on a regular basis?? NO! The only recognisable wingers we have are Kalou, Malouda and Anelka, and in my book, a 24-year-old Shaun Wright-Phillips, has twice the amount of energy, speed and determination in him than those three put together.
  5. If Kaka signed for us, McEachran wouldn't even get a look in, that's why I hate the idea of this big money coup.
  6. Totally agree! I think Mata would be a fantastic signing! He's a quick player for one thing, but he also plays on the right, a type of player we have longed for since Shaun-Wright Phillips left!
  7. It could be Bosingwa. After all, the girl does have eyebrows as thick as his! She'd probably need a monobrow though!
  8. I think Robinho struggled because he didn't get on with the backroom staff. Neymar will have plenty of Brazilian contingent to walk into, so he will be respected by those places, and I'm sure that the other players, knowing his exceedingly good talent will help him settle in quickly!
  9. When we beat Man United at Stamford Bridge! I get that amazing feeling inside when I know we've beaten then!!
  10. Oohh right I see, fair dos! I suppose it does make sense, we are supposed to be able to break even, otherwise we could get kicked out of European competitions, but this deal with Sport Five we've made recently, could bring us some good revenue! Not to mention the Torres shirt sales have been doing really well to make up for the £50 million we paid for him. The real problems are with Man City, who are some £100 million away of being able to break even!
  11. I'm sure Alex or Jim will merge the threads!
  12. United fans are twats! Liverpool fans are twats! That's all you need to say!
  13. I hope that means I can still sign up for this season!
  14. We were lucky not to have conceded a couple of penalties as well! Lampard was the culprit of handling the ball in the area, which was waved off!
  15. How on earth would improving the Chelsea squad with major chances disrupt UEFA Fair play??
  16. Alex for me! If it hadn't been for his goal-line clearance, we would have lost 3-1. That's the determination I like in the Chelsea players, not a case of "I can't be fucking bothered with this" like everyone else wearing a Chelsea shirt! The away supporters still sung like true, blue-blooded supporters!
  17. I can think of a few reasons why that won't be true! By losing all hope of winning the title, Roman WILL want to improve things in the summer!! I'd be hugely surprised if not a lot happens.
  18. Hopefully, this will be a Chelsea team by the time we start next season off... -- Cech -- -- van der Wiel -- Luiz/Alex/Brano -- Terry © -- Cole/Bertrand -- -- Essien/Mikel -- -- Ramires -- Lampard -- -- Sanchez -- Torres/Neymar*/Drogba -- Sturridge -- Subs: Begovic, Ivanovic, Bertrand, Mikel, McEachran, Benayoun, Drogba * - Neymar 'or' Aguero Get rid of the following players: - Hilario - Ross Turnbull - Jose Bosingwa - Salomon Kalou - Florent Malouda - Yuri Zhirkov - Nicolas Anelka ------------ I think Benayoun needs to be kept at Chelsea because I think he is the only player in the Chelsea team who can function Torres properly, from his experiences with him at Liverpool. If we want to improve this, we need to include some right wingers that will be able to get crosses into the box left and right. I think Sturridge needs to be played more next season. He's been outstanding for Bolton since his loan spell there, and he deserves to be given the full opportunity to get some games under his belt and score some vital goals for us. He's more than capable of doing it, but instead we've relied on Anelka and Kalou, who have given us nothing this season, except pure frustration over their displays. I'm sure I saw a post saying we should loan out McEachran. That's not a fair bet, but I would love it even more if Josh was a one club man, and he would be able to mould himself into the attacking midfield role, make it his own, and then give Torres/Drogba/Neymar the space he needs to get the goals, and maybe even go for goal himself.
  19. Well, said, really hoped you enjoyed the game regardless, and endured a safe journey home! KTBFFH
  20. As Martin Tyler said after the goal had been scored, David Luiz isn't perfect. You are going to have times where those types of players make a mistake like that. To slag them off because of that one mistake is plastic supporting, and it shouldn't be tolerated!
  21. You have to give a lot of credit to Luiz since he's joined the club! His first performances were fantastic, his tackles are always fantasticly timed, and the ability to drive forward and have a shot at goal shows great determination and courage. Some fans however, see one performance from him that's out of tune, and they start slagging him off, as if he's no good. What because he gifted Dickarito the chance to score?? Give me a break, that's plastic supporting in my opinion. People who support the club through thick and thin back and support the players whatever mistake they make, and however bad it was. David Luiz is Chelsea's future, and rightly so.... mistakes can only make a player better because you learn from them!!
  22. Amen. Those who are slagging him off are just being over-dramatic!
  23. Well, Kalou's contribution, especially in the first half, was practically NIL! As for Lampard, there was just no drive from him, absolutely no drive Oh, and I'll tell you something else as well, United's hand-ball block from Torres' effort was waved off by Howard Webb if anyone noticed!!
