LMAO!! Bentley to Chelsea?? Biggest load of wankfest I've ever heard in my life!
-
This is not my video, but is this Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge???  One can debate!
-
I honestly agree with what Alex said earlier, no way is Sanchez even remotely worth as much as Messi. I think Udinese are only saying things like that because they want to keep the player, while fending off interest. If Roman is determined to bring in the right players for the right positions though, then he will have to part company with a lot of cash. I'm not that bothered about the case of money, because some of that money paid for him will simply be recouped back in shirt sales, should they sell enough of them! It was the same principal with Torres when he came here. I honestly feel a much more cheaper option would be Juan Mata. I think he's an excellent winger, he can play on the right side, which is exactly what we're looking for, giving us strength on both sides of the wing, and he can score really good goals.

Guardiola is the new Mourinho! :eyebrows:

Looking a bit like the Birmingham home kit, except the blue is a bit lighter!

Overwhelming... 1) Shevchenko 2) Torres 3) Essien Underwhelming... 1) Pizarro 2) Ben Haim 3) Benayoun

I don't think Chygrynsky had much of a chance getting into the first team anyway. Pique and Puyol were always going to be Barca's first choice centre back pairing, with Gabriel Milito as cover.

Sergio Aguero joins the other Manchester club

Some sources have said our manager will be known as early as this weekend. I don't know how true the rumors are though... -
I would welcome Guardiola with open arms!! Quite literally if you ask me! This possible idea of Redknapp being the favourite to take over as Chelsea manager has me totally baffled!
-
I do like that idea!! Very "imaginative" shall we say?!
-
No Desailly? No Poyet? No Di Matteo?? No Dennis Wise?!?! I'm glad the likes of Tore Flo are in there though!

Quality Starting Eleven dude! One little addition might be to use McEachran and Ramires in a rotation system, just so McEachran gets some opportunities, whilst using Essien in either a holding role, or a central midfield engine. I think Essien works notoriously well in both senses, which is why selling Essien in the summer is a BIG NO!! I don't care how poor Essien has been the season just gone. Essien is a hugely important asset to this team, we musn't let him go!

I watched the video of him crossing a ball the other day, and I instantly thought that he would be the perfect winger. He can cross a ball from out of absolutely nothing, and what's more, he just does it naturally! But... he can also score fantastic goals, as we saw in the Brazil vs Scotland game at the Emirates. Neymar would be the perfect inset for Torres because it would allow him more space to roam in attack, as opposed to just shoving him up front with Drogba, which doesn't work at all because they get in each other's way, and, considering the English league is hugely defence-minded, there's little space to manouvre. Whether it's Drogba or Torres up front for us, I believe Neymar installed as a winger would be perfect. Drogba has the strength, while Neymar has the flair and speed, which I feel is heavily mandatory!

Sergio Aguero joins the other Manchester club

No interest from Chelsea for Aguero say Atletico Atletico Madrid general manager Miguel Angel Marin has moved to further dampen speculation that Sergio Aguero will join Real Madrid or Chelsea, insisting Juventus are the only club to have shown an interest in the striker. Aguero's future has been the subject of much debate this week after he revealed on Monday that he would be looking to leave the Rojiblancos after five years at the club. Atletico's city rivals Real have been touted as the favourites to land Aguero, but Marin stressed on Thursday that there had been no contact with Los Blancos president Florentino Perez. "He (Perez) has told me he has no intention of signing Aguero and I do not doubt him," Marin said. "Firstly due to the good relationship we have personally and secondly due to the clubs' relationship." --------------------- Source:- ESPN --------------------- First thing that comes to mind. Getting a new manager is priority... THEN we'll start signing players. If that's the case, Chelsea better act quickly, otherwise City (or Juve) will get their grubby mits on him!! -
To Rangers fans, both can be very irritating!

In that case, I guess maybe in the States there are loads of different people with different tastes. If you think about it, Baseball is just as popular there as Basketball or American Football!

most likely! Twitter is argueably the most reliable of the two sites because a majority of footballers use it!

Sergio Aguero joins the other Manchester club

I sure hope that's true! Out of all the possible players we could be linked with, I hope Aguero is one of those players!! I couldn't imagine seeing City getting their hands on another one of my favourite strikers. -

WHAT THE FUCK?! Seriously, why would anyone want to do something as brutal as that?? For stealing a games console!! He makes the WoW Freakout kid look like an angel! I hope he burns in hell! -
Pages like that are for those who can join it as a group, it doesn't mean to say that the profile is actually his!
-
Spot on! At the end of the day, it doesn't matter which manager we get, the fact of the matter is, it's up to the players to perform and get the right result! Some managers have a better winning strategy than others, which is fine, but the players need to adapt to the strategy given to them. My problem with a manager like Redknapp, is that he endures using 4-4-2 in a majority of games, and we should all know by now that a 4-4-2 at Chelsea NEVER works!!
-
They might be mistaken for bees on the pitch! That surely is an ugly kit design!! I wonder who comes up with these ridiculus designs

Chelsea are on course for a huge row with former sporting director Frank Arnesen over the future of teenage prodigy Josh McEachran. They now face a fight to hang on to midfielder McEachran as Arnesen’s interest has alerted Europe’s top clubs to his potential availability amid the chaos at Stamford Bridge. It was announced that Arnesen was leaving his post at Chelsea in November and he agreed a deal to take up a similar role at German club Hamburg once his contract expired at the end of the season. But just days after officially starting his new job as Hamburg’s director of sport, it has emerged Arnesen plans to take advantage of his former Chelsea contacts and intimate knowledge he gleaned at Stamford Bridge to target a move for McEachran. Following the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti, Chelsea are without a manager and have not yet replaced Arnesen, making it difficult for the club to make big decisions on players. McEachran, 18, has been hailed as one of the country’s brightest young stars and won Chelsea’s Young-Player-of-the-Year award after making 17 appearances for the first team this season. But he has not been tied down to a long-term deal and Arnesen has effectively made that clear to clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal and Barcelona by telling German sources that the player is on his wanted list. England youth star McEachran signed his first professional contract with Chelsea, worth about £6,000 a week, last summer. But that has only two years to run and, after his Premier League and Champions League debuts, it was decided that McEachran should be rewarded with a new deal including a substantial pay rise, tieing him to the club for the next five years. ------------------------- Source: The Express ------------------------- A real nasty parting gift from Arnesen

Jesper Gronkjær - Chelsea legend, and one of my favourite players! Him along with Hasselbaink the best long range shooters at the club, shame he had to retire!

I'm not keen on van Basten at all! He's been out of management for 2 and a half years since his poor spell at Ajax, and he never won anything with the Netherlands. I would rather see us go for someone like Hiddink, or, if not him, someone else in his category who has a winning mentality, and a good trophy history! Van Basten for me feels far too lightweight!
