  1. Past hour
  2. The players have looked checked out since that PSG game.....or even that Newcastle league game we had. Just going through the motions on the pitch, other than deciding to turn up for that Leeds cup game. The way we conceded those goals to Forest B team was actually hilarious. A defender not realising that the opp. striker was just standing behind him inside the first 5 minutes, then Gusto deciding to have a braindead moment in the box. And to top it all off, Mr Palmer can't score penalties anymore, even though that was his bread and butter last season. At this point can only hope that Reece and Levi are back for the Spurs game so that we show a bit of fight to close off the season.
  3. The funny thing is Liam played Hato for a few games in a row at CB/LB and he looked like our best CB/LB in those games. Then Callum comes back and Hato's back on the bench. You say older players but Tosin is only being picked because he's an ex-city boy, the guy can't win a header to save his life and he gets picked because he's supposedly 6'6. Same with Lavia, getting minutes now because he's one of the ex-city boys whilst Santos just sits on the bench, Essugo on the bench. Josh at this point should just ask the club to let him go like Guehi and Tomori, he'll get plenty of minutes elsewhere and become a 40+ million homegrown CB.
  4. Not another young winger....what does that mean for Gittens, Garnacho and that big talent Quenda 😆
  5. 📋🔵Chelsea are now at the front of the queue for 19-year-old left winger Said El Mala, pushing Brighton aside in the process, and have indicated in talks that they will outbid them. Chelsea would also send him back to Cologne on loan. (@SPORTBILD)
  6. Today
  7. Stupid Boris "Clown" Johnson for forcing the sale of our club to the bunch of Yankee clowns.
  8. I always like Rory Jennings, he's been the ChelseaFans YT Channel presenter.
  9. Entire club is in a huge mess, players, coaches, finances, staduim, cant see a way out tbh
  10. ✅️🔵Wesley Fofana was recently proposed to Barcelona by his representatives. Barcelona leaders are rather exploring a different formula. A loan with a purchase option. Chelsea are waiting for an offer of at least €30m. (@sachatavolieri)
  11. 🗯🔵Barca sporting director, Deco believes Joao Pedro has the profile of a Barcelona player and possesses the necessary qualities to thrive at the Camp Nou, on a sporting and marketing level that Chelsea cannot offer him. (@Sport) 💥🔵Barcelona has already won him over. He has also already spoken with Raphinha about a transfer. (@SimonPhillips)
  12. Yesterday
  13. I have a feeling we got all these decent names Cesc, Alonso, Iraola and a complete idiot is coming again.
  14. Not a Rory Jennings fan, but he managed to pull this off this week:
  15. Have a feeling that nothing, even strong rumors, are going to materialize until the race for the European spots (including the FA cup & Europa league final) is done and dusted. Which effectively means nothing until the end of the season. Not too far away.
  16. Guess who else would they get on such short notice. Really need shouldve been done way before it happened. Sad how far weve fallen. As it stands weve lost as many as weve won and still 3 games to go so that will no doubt change
  17. This has to be the biggest circus on the football planet right now at Chelsea....McFarlane doesn't even hold a UEFA coaching pro license badge and we have allowed him to take charge twice. It really is no wonder the players look lose, not just in regards to Callum as I am not pointing this at him but more so the fact we have allowed this to happen, not once, but twice and jammed in between was the clueless fuckwit Rosenior. This football club is a cancer right now
  18. Until they take a step back and shut the fuck up and leave the manager alone it doesn't matter who we appoint.
  19. They need to actually go through with the self reflection they claim to be doing
  20. 🗯🔵Chelsea have made an initial approach to Barcelona legend Xavi. Xavi would be open to move to England. Chelsea plan to reach out to several candidates, but sources close to Xavi confirm he is one of them that has been contacted. (@JacobsBen)
  21. 🚨🔵Xavi Hernández on controlling games: 🗣️ Xavi: “Football is about understanding, not just running. At Barcelona, we were taught that the ball moves faster than any player. If you move it correctly, you control everything—the tempo, the spaces, the opponent’s mind. When you dominate possession, you don’t just attack, you defend with the ball. That’s what made us different. Teams would chase shadows, and by the time they realised it, the game was already gone. It’s not about having the ball for the sake of it. It’s about knowing what to do with it. That’s the difference between keeping possession and controlling a match.”
  22. Yeah, I’d be fine with either of these two. I would feel straight away that were in solid hands but then it comes down to whether the ownership will provide the new manager with the player HE asks for and they don’t continue to just force players upon them like Garnacho because some scout or sporting director is obsessed with him.
  23. That is an issue of no manager stability. Everyone new that comes in will go the safer route and go with older players and what not.
  24. Leaves Alonso and Iraola as the only real options for me. I'm leaning towards Iraola because of league experience but Alonso and his coaching team seem level headed, smart too. They will both prioritize making the squad be better at pressing, running and after having watched a season where our team has been outrun every single game, it would be welcome. Will need a big turnover of the squad too as many mediocre players have just settled in and around the first team here.
  25. I remember being open to Xavi when his name was in the mix before we appointed Maresca. But he’s been out of work for what, 3 years now? He would be a massive risk at this time when we need someone as close to a sure thing as we can get. The new manager will be taking over a club in absolute crisis. Appointing someone like Xavi could be disastrous.
