Maybe that's the reason why they are acting like that, they won 2 cup competitions (one in a lengthy pre-season) and they think they made it big time. What I don't like is the long term contracts, giving players deals until 2032/2033 makes no sense. Same with coaches/managers. Anything more than 5 years is only put in place for "book value".

Tbf thats poor from the players. Regardless of what folk think of the manager. When 75% of the players have been an absolute disgrace for seasons now I find it hard to believe they have any right to question anything their being asked to do. This isn’t a group of guys like JT, Didier, Frank & Cech etc who have won everything. Its a group of absolute nobodies who have won a Conference League & pishy reformatted Club World Cup.
