Brighton  sold  Cucurella , Maupay and Bissiouma and they even got even better .

They  get Gilmour , Caicedo and this Mwepu  + they gave new life for Welbeck . 

Sometimes you just have to take examples from such teams instead of pouring loads of money for players like Lukaku .
