They’ll get a new manager bounce and should be much more effective against all the teams they should be beating under Conte. But I still think they’ll struggle against the top teams with the personnel they have. 

Thankfully we’re pretty much out of sight already unless a meltdown of historic proportions happens. But if I were a United, Arse, Leicester, or Wet Spam supporter I’d be very worried right about now.

It's better for us if Conte goes to Spurs instead of Man Utd. Then again I find it a bit weird, why would he want to join them now when they're in a mess already after rejecting them in the summer when he could've gotten a clean start and give his input on some signings? Doesn't make much sense and it still feels like they're way too small for a world class manager like him.

It is a bad day to be a Man Utd fan. They hesitated and look to see Conte go to Spurs. Stuck with Ole or a caretaker for the rest of the year. With their players openly criticizing Ole, they could fall out of European football and not attract a decent manager after this season.

Because Man Utd did not show him some love and he wants back in the Prem… and he loves London. Whatever Levy would not give him in the summer, he will probably get now.

That is absolutely mental. From Conte's perspective, this does his stock no good, what can he do? What can they spend? Realistically sell Kane and invest in Vla at Fio... Then...? Wow. If I were Conte I'd of waited for United of course.

Still joining Spurs of all teams would make one think Conte is desperate for a job in a moment when his stock is at all time high. He should be comfortable waiting for a better option to become available. In retrospect seeing him leave his Serie A winning Inter just to sign for Spurs a couple of months later is a massive downgrade.
