What mean "pure french" ? Nothing, because it's been a looooooooong time (since France exists I'd dare say) that France is a multiracial and multi-ethnic society. We have strong connections with the Country of Maghreb and of Africa. Many African countries speak French and have a french money (Franc CFA). I don't know if you knew it, but for a long long time some Africans country were France's colonies, and the people who suffered from this Imperialism have the same right as me to be french. "Blaks and arabs" in France pay the same taxes as me, they speak the same language and they share a same part of History... So I can't see the difference between them and a "white".

And you know, I bet some "blacks and arabs" are french since a longer time than you you are an australian. And some "blacks and arabs" are "more french" than some of our leaders (Sarkosy)...
