*At least one new winger, not sure who but Sanchez, Mata and Pedro Leon all seems like good transfers, just please not Kaka.

*A new right back

*Sturridge and Kakuta needs to get much more play time, especially Sturridge. Maybe loan Kakuta out again instead if he still can't get any play time.

*Let some of the unmotivated players and the players who are just simply not good enough go. Thinking about Zhirkov, Kalou, Malouda, Bosingwa, Ferreira and Anelka.
