Technically he didn't hold on to it.

I'm feeling a bit pissed off, i mean i watch the Olympics and see so many people who have accomplished so much and had great lives, becoming world stars and icons and i just think to myself, i wish that was me. I've failed horribly so far with my life. All my fault tho, just am never motivated to do everything to make it better. Hopefully i decide that one day, the comfort zone isn't enough any more. There's too many things i've been lazy to do in the last 10 years really, wish i could have those 10 years back.

Exhausted mentally and physically, had a great trip to the US but I am glad to be back to my own home. Now time to establish our routine and get rid of the jet lag before school starts at the end of the month! Hope everyone had a great summer :)

shouldn`t compare what they have done to your own life mate.there`s 7 billion people in the world and only a select few ,a couple of thousand out of that many people have been good enough for the Olympics. it`s normal to go through phases where you don`t like the direction your life seems to be heading but there`s lots of crossroads along the way where the direction can change.

in the last 10 years alot of things have happened in my life some good, some so bad i don`t know how i survived them. to be a champion in life is to find a place where you are at peace with yourself. it`s far more important than what rewards you can get off others, including Olympic medals.

Proud. I've been through 3 bone breaks in the last 12 months yet I managed to lose weight from 87 to 78 KGs even without training something regularly though I did hit the gym for a few months.

I've been skipping dinner for 2 weeks now and it gave great results while I'm felling fine and energetic. I'll probably return to karate from September and start running and training on my own on days when I won't have practice sessions...
