Cheers Ben Sort of, although because of coursework grades and other modular exam results there isn't so much pressure on me. I'm a bit nervous because I found out my nan had died about five minutes before I walked in to my first exam, so focusing was incredibly hard. These grades will be a measure of character more than anything else.

Oh man that's terrible sorry to hear that, hope you got the grades you need. I remember going to pick up my results must've smoked about 20 cigarettes where I was so nervous. I'm sure you'll get the grades though.

Congrats Chris and Kez!!

I received my scores for the last test for my teaching license and I scored a 183/200 on the science content knowledge exam which is alright considering I needed a 145 to pass. My score is complete rubbish tho for two reasons: 1) I only took part 1 because the state made (I took the 2 part test and scored a 193/200 and was in the top 5% of all test takers in the last 3 years!, but the state doesn't accept the 2 part test, just part 1) and 2) I didn't study at all because I took the test the day before we boarded the plane for Shanghai and we were busy all week long with dinners and goodbye visits (the night before we had a dinner with my husband's boss)

Much the same, got in to Notts Trent which is where I wanted to go Got myself an A and three Bs, although I'm getting one of the Bs remarked I think, just because I was so close to an A !

Yeah I absolutely love it there. Maybe not the best in terms of reputation and results, but its amongst the highest for enjoyment - 100% positive student feedback thanks to facilities, quality of tutoring and of course the nightlife. That makes for one happy Alex!

Tough course mate, but you're right, it opens up a lot of doors. Purely because it's an academic subject, which involves a lot of skill that gets you into the professions you just named. Good luck with it though, hope you're ready for some heavy, heavy, reading
