this for all of those who say , it's not carlo's fault that Drogba , lamps , essien and co. are out of form and lacks moivation ..... those are great players and all they need is the right coaching ....

Look in what form are Drogba, Lampard and Malouda. They were top performers last season.

Ok so stop talking nonsense!

Ray was not that good to do anything when Scolari was in the team. It showed that you need good coach to bring the team ahead. It showed with Guus and it showed with Carlo.

What did not helped this season, is getting rid of a lot of players to put in youngsters...which hardly got time. This left our squad thin, that got overworked and drop in form.

In a matter of fact you can see the drop in form started when Ray was in the team. The first game that started was against City. Chelsea started to go down slowly after that game.

Our squad was thin and was not big enough to change as last season. Now we are doing good with David Luis, Torres, Ramires and Yossi. But for bad luck Yossi got injured, Ramires is getting adjusted to the team, and Torres needs to get back in form.

Non of this helps, but it shows what Chelsea needs to focus in the summer.

Is better this way, as this would only make our squad stronger in the summer. Cause if we did not did bad, I doubt Roman would have spend much. But now he saw how our squad was thin and he decided to spend, and more likely he will spend more in the summer.

is Ibrahomivic a young / inexperienced player ??!! ..... he has said that he lacked motivation and he needed that from gardiola and e referred to how mourinho used to inspire his team and motivate them ....

off-course experienced internationals need coaching otherwise managers would have sent them the tactics via e-mail ... players need inspiration and motivation ... they need to know if someone is doing something wrong then how should he make that right ..

carlo is not capable of inspiring and motivating his players ...

He did inspired them and motivated them after Inter defeat to lift the clubs first double, with a ground braking goals galore, like the world have not seen in a long time!

And he is doing it now, by instilling in them the passion for the CL this season.

Carlo completly changed the game, The substutions of Drogba and Zhirkov completly changed the game, Drogba held up the ball so well and wasted lots of time! Zhirkov did more in the time in he came on then Malouda did in 2011.

Neither Mourinho or Carlo are Wenger to be able to use a lot of youngsters like he does. So its no brainier that Chelsea would be bad since Carlo had a small squad due to his lack of vision for youngsters.

We would have been on the same problem with Mourinho...but he would have bitch and moan like he did at Madrid for a striker to buy more players.

This is the mistake of Chelsea in trying to implement more youth when our current coaches are not that good at youth like Wenger.

If we are going to continue buying players, then Carlo is the best there is. He is buying good players.

But if we want youth, then I don't see Carlo or even getting Mourinho back as a solution. We would need someone like Wenger, and that man is Marcelo Bielsa.

So it's all base on the philosophy of the club. You want trophies and spend at the cost of youth? Then Carlo or Mourinho are good for that. But if you want more youth in the team, then Carlo or Mourinho are not your men and need to look elsewhere.
