Put it this way im not usually a fan off manager games (far too frustrating) but i love this.

• Search for private leagues
  
• Use this code to find our league - 258105
  
• I will then confirm you as a member
  
• Once this is done, you can either create your own club for next season, or inherit another side (for example a side that has won Division 1 without a manager, you can manage that team if you like!), but I will first have to confirm this.

No, it's never too late

With less than 3 weeks left of the current season you can take over an existing club without a manager, or create a new one and wait.

I just checked the league table and the team i picked appear to have lost every game so far and not even scored a goal... Doesn't sound good... Can only improve lol.

I think it's better to just start a new team mate. The team you chose could have been without a manager for some time and only have old players left.
