1 bad game dont make a bad player, every-one seems to forget 09/10 where no winger got the better of him.

I'm completely agree with Justin_3d. Ivanovic isn't a right back and we have to have a right back.

And not just one game, overall.

I been saying it when we win, or he plays good.

He is not an explosive RB, and we need a new Bosingwa there.

Simple as that.

Thats the last thing we need, Bosingwa can only run in straight lines, cant cross, cant shoot, cant defend, we bring in another of those i will tear my hair out.

I think maybe I watched a different game, but Bosingwa was one of the best prior to getting injured. It is why Bayern wanted to get him.

Last year you can also see, he was top class till he got injured against Wigan.

Everything went down for him after that game.

So it is important we have another same quality player like Bosingwa, but much younger. That way we can ship out Bosingwa, and Paulo so we can have Ivan, a new RB, and what ever other RB we can promote from our youth.

But for me after a winger, this is a very vital part we have to cover.

He started well under Scolari because no one knew what he was about, but since Rafa off all people came with a tactical masterplan to stifle him, every one has just followed that example, Bosingwa is a bit deceiving IMO.

He looks like a player that would boost our attack but as last season's goal tally (where Bos was injured for nearly all of it) compared to the 2 season's he was available clearly show that we score more when he don't play and while Ivanovic is no David Beckham he is much better at crossing than Bosingwa and aint as bad going forward as people like to think (IE his run V Inter that lead to kalou scoring).

The 2 seasons?

If i am not mistaken he came under Scolari right?

And even then, if i remember he got an injury and was available to use in the Barcelona game, where he did a good job to stop Messi.

So how can you count 2 seasons, when after that Carlo came, and he was injured for the all of the season?

From what i saw was when he was not injured he was number one. But after a serious injury last year he went down and Ivan step up.

But still Ivan is not explosive like Bosingwa and we are missing that.

Yes, he said that he dont want to move. He said that he want to stay until 2014, and even beyond.

There is no buzz about him leaving in "summer", but of course he will move to Europe one day.The interview he gave to Sky Sports after Scotland game was to promote his image in Europe, but I'm sure he wont leave in summer.

Really? The Santos fans are that confident he will stay this summer? Seems odd that so many sources in Europe have been saying things like 'it's a done deal' if there was confirmation from Neymar himself that he was staying.

Henrique, what about Ganso, a lot of people are touting him to move to Milan at some point in the near future. I know Santos have made it clear they will try and keep hold of him, but I haven't heard of the same being done for Neymar (not recently, anyway).
