Nah, the real 'ghettos' of south-west Sydney where the housing is dirt cheap would be Miller, Minto, Ingleburn, Macquarie Fields. Those places are dominated by white trash/Pacific Islanders.

Liverpool on the other hand is very diverse. There are huge Serb, East Asian, Sudanese/Somali, Arab/Middle East and South Asian minorities. There are hardly any Anglo whites in Liverpool, but they are a majority group in the genuinely poorer suburbs.
