Time to do some cardio, run out of breath, then roll up in a corner and cry due to my lack of agility, stamina and the likes.

Has anyone ever attempted the "Insanity" workout? As the name suggests, it is Insane.

Barely got through the warm-up yesterday!

Have you ever been to Singapore?

Count yourself lucky. It's insanely humid there. I've visited the Old Countries several times (India and Sri Lanka, where my parents respectively come from) and they don't compare at all.

I found Qatar more humid!! It was like being put in an oven the moment you walked off the plane.

I live in the outback. It's the Australia you see in the movies. Red dirt, a river, lots of trees, kangaroos, emus, farms/properties, shearing sheds, etc. It's not backwards out here though, so don't even thing that.

In my town we have four bars (racecourse, showgrounds, golf course and the bowls club), a BYOB café and four pubs. About 15 years ago there were seven pubs in town.

That is the pub I get wasted at. Decent place, a very typical outback pub though.

As time passes, the more I seem that Australia is beautiful :D

Yes, many times before and Malaysia too, where the weather are almost similar. I know the weather there can be extremely terrible when it's hot/summer but just not sure it is as bad as you're making it out to be.

Spike lives in the desert, its a lot hotter there. In the cities it's normally 35 degrees, on very hot days it can get to 45 but that happens at the most once a year.

Aussie girls love Europeans. You'll do fine :D

If the girls are so .. will mean that I endure the heat :D

That's because Spike lives in Outback Queensland. It's understandably hotter. In the cities it's much cooler. In Sydney, in summer it is usually around 30 degrees celcius (sometimes a lot less, sometimes a lot more). Autumn and Spring is also quite warm. Lately our winters have become quite cold.

In the city so, normal temperatures :D

Didn't know you've been to Singapore Jay! But the problem here is that there aren't any seasons, so it's basically the same weather 365 days a year :( Strangely enough it's been raining an awful lot lately in the last two weeks which is a welcome relief :D

It's a rock......In the middle of a desert!

Oh yeah? Well Stonehenge is a lot of rocks.... in the middle of a field!

You have to go there to experience it. It's not just a rock or an ordinary mountain, photographs don't do it justice. It changes colour at various points of the day, for one thing.

Beyond that, it's the centre of culture for quite a few Aboriginal tribes around the area.
