LAM09 7,056
Ramires should only be used in the big games as a counter attacking weapon. He doesn't offer much more to the cause sadly.
Azpinator 2,325
When this clown signed, Kaka said this -My lord. 'Scary for the opponents', 'very best young midfielder', 'will become the best', 'same as Maka, Keane, Vieira', 'complete player, can pass', 'will make Chelsea frightening'.What a package! I know I am being really harsh but he is not helping himself, is he?Other than deluded MIlan fans, who cares what Kaka thinks? MrExcalibur100 7,124
Other than deluded MIlan fans, who cares what Kaka thinks?Kaka's opinions are almost as valid as Pele's. Brazilian football has done nothing but produce a bunch of overrated primadonna's and thugs like Ramires. Gone are the days of Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Rai, Romario, Bebeto, Kaka, Dinho and so on, now they have clowns like Neymar, Hulk, Paulinho, Ramires, Gustavo and they barely even have a decent striker. It's a shame really, because they used to be my "2nd" national team to support. I will rather root for the likes of Belgium nowadays. Brazil is badly in need of a golden generation, or at least some real quality players because their reputation precedes them nowadays. Liquidator 5,176
Clever of him to land himself a probable 3 game ban at the back end of the season when we were in a title race and have a chance of winning the Champions League. Will work brilliantly not having him for league games and Matic for Champions League games, although after today's performance I'm wondering if we'd be at an advantage with 10 men minus ramires. Give yourself a big pat on the back, Rami. The only place to be
haranr 485
It's time to say goodbye, thanks for everything, especially 2012 (I have no idea how Mata got POTY instead of Rami) You are not good enough. Sorry.
Ainsley Harriott 2,732
I genuinely want to know what has happened to Ramires this season. Rather than focusing on improving himself and putting in more/better consistent performances, it seems like he has gotten more violent and idiot with his challenges. An absolute joke! It's quite weird. He was the one people said José would love, and his style really does fit what Mou normally wants from a player. Put last season's Ramires next to Matic and it would've been so nice to see. Shame to see him drop off like this.
bethos1 802
I've been saying for months now and I am not going to waste my time about him anymore. He is just pure waste of space and incredibly dirty. Should be sold asap. Period.Sold? He isn't worth any money, we should give him away. The Chels 2,502
Just lost for words with this guy. The only thing more bemusing than the ref not sending him off was Jose not taking him off.I don't find it surprising. I'm convinced he's absolutely one of Mourinho's favourite players - Jose greeted him after he got sent off against Bayern in the Super Cup (should've slapped him instead), he never gets dropped and I recently learned that Jose wanted him at Inter and Real too. Can you imagine how much stick Ramires would get at Madrid? I mean if the fans deemed Modric as a the biggest transfer flop soon after his arrival and they boo Ronaldo, what chance would Ramires have?! Jase 43,479
Am really curious as to how Mike Dean did not see that elbow incident as he was close to it when it happened...
The Chels 2,502
Myth. You think it's a myth that Ramires has horrid passing... Do you even watch any of our matches?Am really curious as to how Mike Dean did not see that elbow incident as he was close to it when it happened...Sky Sports showed a replay of it in their post-match analysis (in which Redknapp demonstrated his remarkable anti-Chelsea bias) and Mike Dean's head was actually facing away towards Oscar who had the ball. No doubt it'd have been red if he saw it though and rightly so.

He was just too cowardly to call it. He didn't make any calls today. Even the Sunderland pen was given by the linesman.

Too bad he didn't get sent off; I was ready to use my 'I knew it was for the best if he got booked last week!' line He's going to be banned for at least 3 games now anyway! LDN Blue 7,903
Lmao did someone just suggest we should sell him? He's been reckless this season, really damn reckless. There was the disgusting foul at Villa and he's not been back long enough to then receive and impending retrospective ban from the FA. He's still a good player imo and one we definitely need against certain opposition and depending on certain tactics. His pace and stamina are big traits to have in the EPL. So he should definitely remain with the squad, but Mou really needs to have a word about his decision making. It's curious because before this season we hadn't really seen that side of him. The Chels 2,502
Think that may depend on what Mike Dean write in his match report.True. I reckon he'll say he won't have seen it though (even if he did) because that would surely make him look incompetent to the FA? Not like they care though.Lmao did someone just suggest we should sell him?Sounds like a great suggestion to me. bababoom
