I think I'm quite correct actually. Yes, McEachran and Whilshire are different players, but so are Lampard and Gerrard.

I don't know though, I just think it's a different dynamic.

Thats for any future England manager to sort out. Yes Gerrard and Lampard are completely different players the problem there though is that Gerrard is so tactically inept and a compelete lack of discipline that unless you give him free licence the whole thing falls apart. Lets just hope that Whilshire and McEachran are not as thick as he is. And on current evidence i can't see it being a problem. One things for sure i can't think of another McEachran type player we have seen in the England set up.

McEchran = Xavi of Spain

Wilshere = Iniesta of Spain.

Both can be accomodated.

Lampard and Gerrard are both Box to Box very similar in play.

Mcechran is more of a playmaker who will set up plays from the midfield while Wilshere can be more attacking.
