Kez 2,727
Defence is getting weaker by the day!
Duppy Conqueror 1,537
Bruma won`t be going on loan then and we may end up keeping Carvalho..unless Carlo is confident enough in the ability of Mancienne or Van Aanholt to play CB for us. starting CB`s will be JT and Ivanovic obviously.. NattyBlue 44
I think we'll be fine, 2 league games at the beginning won't hurt us hopefully
Manuf 1,448
Chance for Bruma/Hutchinson for RB and I think Ivanovic will step up on the CB if we sell Carvalho. If not, I think we'll see:--Ivanovic--Carvalho--Terry--Cole--
Madmax 9,219
Oh boy. Here we got with the injuries again...
Rubber bullets 1,183
Looks like we are going to have another injury plagued season.
LDN Blue 7,903
I think we'll be fine, 2 league games at the beginning won't hurt us hopefullyAgreed. We have a surplus of defenders, so we're okay with this injury.
Term-X 7,891
typical, although bruma will step up.
Rambo 1,729
Does this mean Ivanovic will pair with JT with Bosingwa on the right?
Madmax 9,219
Does this mean Ivanovic will pair with JT with Bosingwa on the right?Your guess is as good as mine, but depends on whether Carvalho stays, whether Bos is fit enough to return for the league opener, so on and so forth. Duppy Conqueror 1,537
Does this mean Ivanovic will pair with JT with Bosingwa on the right?Carlo did say just after we won the double that Ivanovic done very well at RB but he sees him as a CB for us . with Bos it depends when he returns..for the time being it`s likely to be Hutchinson or Bruma... but Bruma will probably play CB against Ajax with Cork or Hutch at RB. EskWeston 696
Again it's only a month, and will only miss a game or 2 of the season! Defence is going to be interesting for Ajax though. Have heard nothing of Hutchinson for a while so not sure what is happening with him, but i guess it will be a back 4 of Cork-Bruma-Van Aanholt-Bertrand...CTV said the full squad will be available for the trip to Germany so Ivanovic and JT back then, no real problems unless more injuries are picked up, but these are just small injuries and are going to cause minimal problems.
