The ongoing match between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut is currently the longest match ever with the fifth set at 55 all. The last set by itself is the longest match ever fainthv9.gif

I just switched the telly on at about the 50th game and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Almost ended as there was a chance to wrap it up as Isner was at match point at 59-58. Complete deadlock, hard to see how it will end.

What a fantrastic m,atch that was!

John Isner beats Nicholas Mahut 70-68 , simple brilliant. Lasting 11hrs and 5mina. History made, what an entertaining match that really was... simple fantastic to watch... it had everything...respect by both players... joking... tiredness... both were playin some great tennis. so nervy... both had over 100 Aces. i was glued to my telly! Never to be done again.amazing..

simple.

oh yeah, Andy Murray did brilliant too :)

Why do BBC licence payers have to tolerate Super Slo Mo replays in HD of his ultra pushy tortoise neck mother doing that hideous screech thing (that she got from Braveheart or something) ? Its enough to make people projectile vomit their tea all over the place.
