What about that Woods guys,I've seen his name sometimes but I think I have never seen him play

He has had some injuries and a loss in form he is not going to make it sadly jacob mellis has a better chance.

Yeah and he's a reserve player already but I think 1 more season for him but physically he seems ok imo.

Next season looks bright for us :)

Borini probably will have a loan move and I think he'll be ok.

Di Santo and Sinclair...Sinclair's time is definately up, sad for him but if you can't break in at Wigan and then people like Moses pop up and take your spot then it's time to accept it, I'm sad because I really like his pace but he'll be off surely.

Di Santo...ever since he scored that fucking goal has regressed imo. he has good link up play but it's hard to stand out at BBurn anyway to an extent...unlucky7

There are a lot of young players in the line to break into the first team, tough descisions may have to be made on some of them like Mancienne, Bertrand, Sinclair and Di Santo as there are is a lot of talent pushing behind them to get their chance. It is very hard to know who will get chances next season as it all depends of Carlo. I would imagine (Not including Sturridge and Matic who were brought in for the first team) that we will see Stoch, Kakuta, Bruma, Van Aanholt and Hutchinson used a fair few times and certainly more than this season. With some younger players getting a chance every now and then like has happened this season, most likely candidates are McEachran, Sala, Tore, C.Clifford and possibly Mitrovic.

Agree.

I hope Cork and Mancienne also get game time because i think both of them have a lot of potential. Mancienne being mould like Essien (DM with lots of energy and drive with pace who also loves to tackle) and Cork in an Lamps mould.

Jack Cork and Michael Mancienne are very much on the fringe, i would love to see Cork play as i think he is a terrific player. As i have said before the problem for Mancienne is that he has been dropped down the pecking order by Bruma and Hutchinson for the centre back role and behind hutchinson for the right back role (which i don't think would suit Mancienne anyway). And as far as playing midfield goes he has drawbacks in that he has not played there very much at all and he would be behind Nemaja Matic and Jack Cork for a midfield spot anyway. Not everyone can make it through the ranks and only the best of the best are going to cut it, Mancienne is a cracking player and i like him very much but there are now other youngsters for his positions who have probably surpassed him now.

I would like to think there is role here for Jack Cork, but there isn't much really being said about him from the club so iam not convinced that it will happen for him....

I really like Cork too! I'm hoping he will get a chance next season. He brings something to our side that we lack atm imo, he is very flexible and agile, i see hem as a premature mix between Lampard and Essien (passing & movement + drive from midfield).

You're probably right about Mancienne. Too bad..

Yeah it's kinda quiet around Cork, hoping for the best :chai:

honestly i havent seen a lot of games for cork but based on what i ve seen i cant agree with what everyone is saying about him that he is the next lamps i think he is not even close because i have watched a couple of games for him with burnley and the guy actually seems to be not running enough he doesnt have the required creativity though he is very good with short passes and 1 touch balls but cant see him turning into that midfielder everyone is talking about ..... i hope he proves me wrong

Woah, see those few fullstops you used at the end? Spread them out a bit throughout your post!

I don't think Cork will make it. Matic should make it though, he seems to have the goods.

I think we really need to bulk kakuta up this pre season in the Chelsea fc jym. We need him to put on 1 stone of pure muscle, defenders are going to rough him up next season while he is pulling off his tricks.

Kakuta has already considerably bulked up! I don't see a problem with Kakuta getting more games next season, when given the chances this season he was fantastic....

di Santo is kinda screwed by Big Sam. I don't see him shooting much as a striker when he plays.

Shame for Di Santo, he is a good striker who could have gone onto progress very well into a top player. The loan to Blackburn though screwed him big time, can't for the life of me understand why the loan was extended in January.
