CHAMPIONES, CHAMPIONES, OLE, OLE, OLE!!

CHAMPIONES, CHAMPIONES, OLE, OLE, OLE!!

WHAT A FUCKING DAY, WHAT A FUCKING WIN, WHAT A FUCKING SEASON!!!!

We deserve it.

7-2 v Sunderland

7-1 v Aston Villa

7-0 v Stoke

8-0 v Wigan

103 Premier League goals - a record

+71 goal difference - a record

Dider Drogba top scorer with 29 goals (thats with a month away in January)

4 other player (Lamps, Malouda, Nico and Kalou) get into double figures.

Obviously we all know we have to make changes to our squad but we can think about that in the summer. Today is about us being the best team in the country again. Lets go and win the cup next week and make it our best season ever. Now... lets sing it again.

REACTION: THANKS TO EVERYONE!

Posted on: Sun 09 May 2010 Carlo Ancelotti has had his say on a magical final day of the season at Stamford

Bridge.

It will be little surprise that the manager entered the press room below the East Stand at Stamford

Bridge clutching a glass of champagne, having wrapped the title up in style on Sunday afternoon.

A hat-trick from Didier Drogba, two from Nicolas Anelka and one apiece from Frank Lampard, Salomon Kalou and Ashley Cole made it a championship-clinching day to remember in SW6, Manchester United's 4-0 thumping of Stoke City proven irrelevant as the Blues ran riot against a Wigan side reduced to 10 men after defender Gary Caldwell was dismissed.

The celebrations afterwards were long lasting, but when he eventually emerged from the dressing room, Ancelotti was in fine form.

'Easy questions please because my level of wine is high!' he joked.

'We're very happy and I want to say a lot of thanks, to my owner, Roman Abramovich, I want to say thanks to everyone that worked with me during the season who supported me every day, and above all my players because I found a fantastic team. They work hard every day and maintained always a good atmosphere as a team.

'We won this title because we played as a team and worked as a team, not only the players but everyone in this club was involved in the season. We wanted to win this title and in the end everyone did a fantastic job.'

Ancelotti sees a strong future for the club too, and hopes this is the first title of many under his stewardship, with the FA Cup of course still to come next weekend.

'I think this club will have a future because these players are not so old, we have a very good squad also for next year and the years after,' he said. 'After this first year I hope to stay here a long time and win a lot of titles. Every player this season did a fantastic job, everyone has to say thanks to these players for their job.'

Asked to pick out a key point in the season, it did not take the Italian long to identify victory at Old Trafford last month.

'It was the key for this title, because that improved our confidence and sent Man United a little bit down,' he explained.

'The most important thing is to win, I think we found the right way to win, playing good football and with fair play on the pitch, giving joy to the fans.

'Our aim was to play good football and we were able to do this a lot of times this season.'

Now, on to Wembley!

Throbbing head from Champagne and beer but its worth it...

I've put Sky on and they keep saying Chelseas first title for four years like its some kind of trophy desert. yeah, but that's 3 each with Yernited in the last 6 years right?

er...who got the golden boot? who got the best goal difference ?

and who scored the most goals ever? Sky are full of redshites...but we are Champions.... hope you all celebrated in style ?

Of course. I drank 4 shots of coffee so I can stay up and celebrate until 4 am. Or be miserable if we lost. Thank God that wasn't/isn't the case.

I was even too wired to sleep for more than a couple of hours afterward so woke at 6.
