boshman 1,073
Just like to pick up on two things on that piece... They say he has scored 22 goals this year. I'm sure its 23. Also they say he has scored 103 goals for Chelsea. Is that just in the league because i know he has 153. lol! Apart from those two little things a great piece. And just proves what a brilliant player Lamps is. Makes me laugh when people say Gerrard is better. Look at the stats and its quite clear he isn't. lol! Super Frankie Lampard!! BlueLion. 21,491
Most consistent footballer playing in Europe at the minute in my view.
Ray. 217
He is an absolute joy to watch, and I felt proud to witness his display against Villa at the end of last month. One thing I would say is that I hope he doesn't let his romance with Chrstine Bleakley from the One Show affect his performance on the pitch. There was a picture last week of him, Christine and her mum going out for a meal, maybe it was to ask permission to marry her? Things are certainly hotting up with Frank and Christine. img402.imageshack.us/i/article1271259573687092.jpg/]/imgsource from metro.co.uk Edited April 25, 2010 by Blueray

Manuf 1,448
Lampard for Captain.Agree, he's a fcking living legend! Scoring so many goals, having so many assists, being pure on and off the pitch, calling the radio and defending himself and finally scoring important goals. Best midfielder in the world, best player in the world and one of the best players that ever wore Chelsea's shirt. SUPER FRANKIE LAMPARD! benji_blue 3
I feel sorry for Frank when it comes down to playing for England and when he gets stick from idiotic fans from other clubs who do not appreciate a great player when they see one. He is an absolute legend, 77 England caps and 20 goals, not a bad return especially when you see Gerrards stats for England: 78 Caps 16 Goals I think Frank comes in for some unfair critisicm, and I have no idea why, the only reason I can think of is because he plays for Chelsea and that since we have had Roman here we have become an unpopluar club, and being accused of buying the premiership. I am sure if Roman went to any other club and spent the same money then people will only have bad things to say about them, anyway that does not take away the achievements of one of the best players I know I have ever seen (especially after not really rating him when he first joined), definetly one of the best premiership players since the competition started. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Frank, I know you still may have a few more years left in you, but the achievements you have already had in a blue shirt, the goals you have scored and the memories you ahve created for so many Chelsea fans makes you one of the best players us as Chelsea fans have ever seen. terry26 6
Read this yesterday and thought Giles (as usual) makes the point perfectly "And, just to juice things up still further, that team will have the scent of the title in its nostrils. And among them will be Didier Drogba - on fire and gunning for the Golden Boot. And among them as well will be Frank Lampard - also on fire and surely uncommonly interested in becoming the first midfield player ever to score 25 goals and win the Double and STILL not make it into the PFA Premier League Team of the Year. And among them too, will be John Terry, who, in 90 carefully applied minutes, can twist what has been in many ways a wretched season for him right back on itself and end it in triumph. Surely it all points categorically one way. "bunch of PFA wankers
