Laylabelle 9,534
http://www1.skysport...per-Three-Lions Great choice by Roy to give Gerrard the Captain's armband... should have been given it years ago! Lets just hope Terry gets put in his place early on or we could end up with a SA WC type situation- where the players didnt know who to take orders from because Terry was still strutting around and poking his nose into England Captain Duties!!!! Bring it home Steven and that MBE will be turned into an knighthood... Sir Steven Gerrard has a ring to it!!!!Ahhahahahah piss off!!!! Alfp26 59
Sturridge didn't play very well at the end of the season but deserves more to be selected than people like Downing and Carroll. These two go because of the club they play in like others in that list...Good luck in the Euro 2012, I will watch the England matches and I hope Terry shows everyone who is the real captain and leader of your national team and scores some important goals as well as Lampard in which could be his last big international tournament (I hope not). LDN Blue 7,903
I am not british but I am really curios of why :- why Micah Richard is not in the squad ?- There is only one passer in mid (Gerard), where is Carrick and Scholes ?Scholes is still 'retired' & Carrick is shit. Celverly would've been in there, but he's injured.

Kojo 4,676
You guys don't get it do you, Arteta has never played for Spain, he has always wanted a call up for England. He is actually allowed to play for England but we have never called him up because we don't think he's deserved it, but if he's injured then that's why then.
