Apparently breaking on SSN that 3 Blackburn players and 2 members of staff have came down with symptoms of swine flu. I hope that it doesnt affect any of our players after playing them at the weekend. That would be the last thing we need.

Its definitely possible our players could go down with it, but only like normal flu could pas between players,

Footballers get flu all the time, I'm sure any layers showing symptoms will be sent home before they can spread still further.

If the lads do come down with swing flu its not really any worse than a standard flu. The area that i live in, We have had one of the worst cases of swing flu around and more than 50 percent of people had it. As long as the lads get the right medication for it if they where to come down with it, they would be out for a week or 10 days maximum.

I've had swine flu, normal flu makes it feel heavenly in comparison. Not really anything to worry about.

Footballers are best prepared for swine flu as they are monitored every day, as soon as any of them show symptoms they will be treated by the club doctors and sent home. Its nothing really to worry about IMO

i think most people just have flu in general and confuse the symptoms because of the media hype.
