the wes 7,212
Fifa has told Chelsea that they cannot recall any players on season-long loans as part of their transfer ban. The Blues were suspended from signing players for thenext two transfer windows by Fifa earlier this month after theybreached rules to sign Lens youngster Gael Kakuta.Chelsea areappealing, but they had hoped they could minimise any damage byrecalling the likes of Michael Mancienne and Scott Sinclair, who are onloan at Wolves and Wigan respectively. But Fifa has told themthat they definitely cannot have Sinclair back, while they will need torule on Mancienne as Chelsea have an emergency-recall clause insertedin his agreement.Another loanee Franco Di Santo - who is at Blackburn - could return to Stamford Bridge as he only moved on a half-season deal."If it's a season-long loan, it cannot be terminated in order to bring playersback," said a Fifa spokesman.Chelseaare yet to get Fifa's full ruling on their transfer ban but that shouldarrive before the end of the month, after which point they will have21-days to respond.SkySport.ComFuck FIFA and UEFA

Aesthetic Relic 301
If we havent registered them to play for us this season as they're registered to play elsewhere, then theres nothing we can really do.They're determined to make an example of us. The Big Drog 1,110
If you read between the lines , what Fifa and Ueafa are basically saying is " F*ck you Chelsea , we will do everything we possibly can to stop you from winning anything this season , even not letting you recall players to your club who are under contract to you ! Ray. 217
The fact that we have a 100 % winning streak with Carlo so far makes me think we haven't got anything to worry about and that we can continue our success. He comes from one of the top football nations in the world and so has a deep understanding of the game and has the knowledge and wisdom to push the squad to further success. chelsea blue 615
FIFA RULE OUT Chelsea LOAN RECALLSPosted 12/09/09 FIFA have told Chelsea they cannot recall any players on season-long loans under the terms of their transfer ban.Itis another body blow for the English club who were banned from signingany new players during the next two transfer windows when FIFA foundthem guilty of inducing teenager Gael Kakuta to breach his contractwith Lens two years ago.Although the Blues intend to appealagainst the punishment, coach Carlo Ancelotti was hoping to minimisethe damage by recalling England Under-21 defender Michael Manciennefrom Wolves, forward Scott Sinclair from Wigan and Argentinian strikerFranco di Santo from Blackburn.Di Santo can return, as hisagreement was only for half the season. But Sinclair's was for the fullseason and in Mancienne's case, FIFA will have to rule on whether an"emergency release clause" can be applied."If it's a season-long loan, it cannot be terminated in order to bring players back," said a FIFA spokesman.Theclub expect to hear from the sport's world governing body in the next10 days with their full reasoning behind the transfer ban.TheBlues then have 21 days to respond. Should their appeal fail, andfurther injuries occur in the next few months, they could be left shortof players, particularly with the expected loss of Didier Drogba,Michael Essien, John Obi Mikel and Salomon Kalou to the African NationsCup in January. ZanSnake 1,211
This is really showing how anti-Chelsea they really are. For fucksake, they are on Chelsea contracts, so they should be named as a Chelsea player, we are the parent club. The more this kind of shit goes on, the more obvious it is that UEFA and FIFA are corrupt.

Aesthetic Relic 301
Ok, well, what about after the season-long loan is over? They will be registered as our players next season, won't they?Officially they are our players, but to play for us they need to be registered to play for that particular season. If they play for someone else, they hold the players registration for that season or for the period of the loan deal.I'm not 100% sure if you have to re-register a player each season or not, but I think we should be able to play them opnce the loan deal has elapsed. This information is not something new, its basically a continuation of the original rule reguarding playing registered players. Nothing has changed.
