His style takes away urgency from players in the way they approach the game . When we see crazy urgency in the last 15 mins of games while trying to win it or rescue a point it is because the players throw maresca ball out of the window and play football. I really really wanted to like this manager. Sad that he has not given me an opportunity to hold on to anything, any silver linings.
