Owners have shown willingness to spend money and have done so successfully in other sports. They will continue to do it.

we'll always be a slightly different case because we have two champions leagues. the only club with two champions leagues and has been very weak in recent decades is Nottm, but it's a slightly different context

otherwise, I don't have high hopes because everything seems to have been done with a lot of mediocrity and the club is being led by people who, despite having good intentions, don't have the skills to manage this type of club.
