If reports coming out of Spain are accurate. As reported by Fichajes, Chelsea have said "no" to an offer of more than €170 million for Palmer, from Manchester City. The Blues would only be willing to negotiate if the figure reaches over £250 million.

Even if it was true Chelsea are not going to sell their most valuable asset especially to a PL rival and I doubt as well whether any club will buy any player for 250m. We not that far in the future just yet.
