How can a stats be biased? It's numbers, that's it. The only bias can come from a context that you want to interpret them with.

But on the other hand first 24 games is not enough time for a manager to do anything, unless it works in favour of your opinion 😉 I feel like this discussion is slowly getting into a corner. 

Potter good, Potter bad, doesn't really matter, he needs to step up his stuff asap and I think everybody realizes that.

That works both ways. Some on here will say these number show just how bad potter is, but will not even consider the reasons, injuries world cup etc. Some agree with him been here some don't, that will be the same with Amy manager on the planet. Now potter is clearly here to stay, so you haters have 2 options 

1: keep doing what you doing, making everything about Chelsea toxic.

2: accept the fact he's here, he's our manager and get behind him and the team.

This will be a long road what ever option you pick tbh.

You said it yourself "top four isnt a god given right" so clearly you have lower expectations than the rest of us. No it's because I'm an adult, I know big changes have happened at Chelsea and are currently happening, I don't expect thing to click straight away, we have only just got the right staff in, this is a new business to the old one, and every new businesses makes a loss in its first year, Chelsea may have been a successful club under Roman, and it will be under TB and co. Your problem is you just refuse to accept anything other than this is all potters fault, you don't even take into consideration anything, you see the team ATM and just spit your dummy out and cry for a new manager, then a year later you want a new one then another new one.

Based on what? I didn't approve of many of Romans sackings. That doesn't mean I'm obliged to give an under performing manager with no credentials years and years to win. the chances of Graham potter winning anything at Chelsea is incredibly unlikely.

Come off it already by the time Christmas comes Harry Potter will be gone, Todd may have fucked up appointing him and now has to deal with him but he isn't dumb if the results don't come he will be shown the door in a few months.

Let me guess, you didn't consider the historical circumstances for other managers on the list, especially those you tried to insult, only the one you have strangely enthusiastic relation with, did you?

Is he here to stay, time will tell, but I'm quite sure this thread wouldn't be 56 pages long if someone managed to actually make one, convincing argument for the club to appoint and keep Potter here. Meanwhile it's just people ranting about his deficiences that are obvious to see and terrible track record so far vs people with more or less reasonable excuses for him and pure speculation. This way I'm afraid it will last until Potter will manage to silence his critics with his actions at least a little or he is gone, so yeah, long road indeed.

And I would actually consider the toxicity point, if you also tried to raise it in Cucu's, Koulibaly, Havertz or Puli's thread, but somehow bashing players based on subjective reception of fans is traditionally fine, meanwhile pointing to manager's (who is the boss, so naturaly has to meet way higher demands in terms quality, then footballers) numbers, that scream doom is toxicity? Nah, sorry, don't buy it. And it's not like taking any owner's actions without a grain of salt had ever lead any serious club to any good.

I'm with @Gundalfin a way, get potter sacked now and watch you lot piss n moan when the next guy struggles to score goals aswell. If the players could.actually hit the net that game would of been 3-1 to us, 20 shots would suggest we had a good game, potter can't get out there and score for them aswell.

How's that related to what I said? Perhaps it would have been 3-1, but if our players could actually hit the net, I think we'd also get some more CL trophies and other nice silverware since Conte's departure. We are what we are. Let's not forget it's exactly why Lukaku landed here.

I am giving him support now won't say one bad word this season no matter what. But my expectations next season are title and nothing less. If I see him by October not being on track to do that I will be strongly against him from that point.

I dare not say it, but even Mou 3.0 is better than Potter. He is getting results out of a barebones Roma squad that plays twice a week. Potter can't even win a game with £600m.

By that point he will fuck up our next season as well, need to either show something now or get rid in the summer before he damages another season.
