If reports are to be believed, we're currently the only side of note with a serious interest. He isn't going to end up at a team like Napoli.

Nope Ornstein mentioned his potential next club are us, Bayern, or PSG.

Aren't Bayern just a side he's been offered to?

Either way, anyone that knows the slightest about Bayern knows that they aren't going to break their entire structure for him. Mbappe wanting Neymar out only for him to be replaced by someone even bigger would be hilarious.

And our interest came from Boehly and Eghbali, not Tuchel himself.

I'm not disputing that. However, we still have no concrete idea who will end up making the all-important decisions about transfers rather than hearsay.

Especially his recent rape scandal.

That is nothing compared to the NBA scandals. It barely blipped on ESPN.

It does look like ESPN is grabbing this story.

It is widely reported Tuchel has the most veto power over transfer.

It would be too easy for Ronaldo to just go to Bayern and win one more  title .

He is a man of challenges and, if he has the opportunity, he will stay in England .

He would be able to take it pretty easy in the Bundesliga and save his energy for the the CL there. Bayern, from Ronaldo’s perspective, would be the ideal move. I’m just skeptical that a club like Bayern who normally like signing younger talents would do it themselves.

What held Lukaku back though, primarily, was his ability (or lack of) on the ball.

Ronaldo may not press but we can't deny his ability on the ball.

And he was really fat and unfit.

Another transfer bombshell about to be dropped on our plans by the looks of it. Apparently De Ligt wants Bayern and Bayern have already spoken with him. This could turn out to be our worst every transfer window. Missing out on top targets left and right.
