We signed Pep's assistant, we got Joe Shields who is from City and loves their academy talent (pushed for Lavia even with his injury concerns). We then signed Sancho because he was from City's academy... I bet the next 2 targets on the club's wish list are: Delap and O'Reilly. They are aiming to reach an agreement with Chelsea, and there is confidence despite the competition. (@DiMarzio) If we are actually loaning out Felix, we are not a serious football club. 😆

mkh 601
Ipswich are close to securing England Under-18 full-back Somto Boniface in a deal from Chelsea. Highly-rated left-back, 18, to be part of the first-team squad this season at Portman Road. Agreement in place, pending medical. (Nizaar Kinsella) Delap swap🫠😒
mkh 601
Chelsea have spent this window doing due diligence on wingers and strikers and have made progress ahead of the summer window if nothing materialises on the final day of the window. mkh 601
More on Axel Disasi. Player has agreed terms with Aston Villa, but there is currently no club-to-club agreement. Villa are still trying. Spurs have agreed a loan deal with Chelsea worth around £5m, but Disasi is yet to agree terms. Unlikely Aaron Anselmino and Disasi are both loaned. Marseille had tried for Anselmino, but those close to the player believe the move is off. (Ben Jacobs)

Duppy Conqueror 1,543
Would prefer to keep Felix than Nkunku. As much as Sanchez had another howler last week. Nkunku came on and played like a fat kid being forced to do P.E. mkh
mkh 601
Aaron Anselmino will stay in London. The player's entourage denies contacts with Marseille. They suggest that he will not leave. (@edu17burgos) Vesper

mkh 601
🚨 As first reported by @FabrizioRomano I understand now that Man City have knocked back Chelsea’s enquiry for Nico O’Reilly, it would take a huge offer to even entertain. Chelsea have turned their attention elsewhere to bring in a midfielder before window closes tonight. 🤕🤕 Spurs have given up on signing Axel Disasi after failing to get player buy-in. Villa still trying. (Ben Jacobs) 🤐🤐

Axel Disasi, not accepting Spurs bid… as he already agreed terms with Aston Villa. ⚠️ Chelsea have NO intention to negotiate with Villa as UCL spot competitors. (Fabrizio Romano) 🤮🤮 Disasi Stay I really do not understand this. Is the intention they want to ensure Villa get a CL place? Selling Disasi permanently for any sort of funds will feck Villa more than help them, because if they play him they will soon start dropping points with no chance of sending him back. lluubbeenn 174
If we are looking for a winger, I guess Bailey will be as good as anyone available. Especially if a loan is an option. Reddish-Blue and kexik 1
