Sean Wotherspoon is working with some interesting materials to build his latest crop of sneakers as part of his collaborative partnership with adidas. The upcoming releases include a mushroom leather built Gazelle and as we see here an edition of the Gazelle constructed in hemp. The kicks are expected to drop in 2023 but an exact date is currently unknown.

Sean Wotherspoon and Adidas’ latest collaboration keeps on growing. Along with a mushroom leather constructed Gazelle, the duo will also be releasing a slew of “Hemp” iterations.

The first colorway to surface was this dark forest green and orange option. Now the Sean Wotherspoon x Adidas Gazelle “Hemp” has been unveiled in a clean white outfit, acting as a perfect transitional footwear option. The pair sports a woven hemp upper white while contrasting light blue and orange arrive on the Three Stripes branding, vegan leather tongues, and heels. Down below is a gum-brown semi-translucent outsole.

Jiu-Jitsu meets skateboarding with the upcoming Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration for 2023.

Established in 2011, Albino & Preto is a Jiu-Jitsu uniform and lifestyle brand with the focus of bringing to life the common ground of every Jiu-Jitsu advocate.

This offering of the Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk Low feature a Sail-colored upper constructed of a pearl weave gi fabric used on Brazilian jiu-jitsu uniforms. The shoe also comes with Black Swoosh logos on the sides with White embroidery, exposed tonal stitching atop a White midsole and Black rubber outsole. “AP” branded heels and graphic insoles as well as the special packaging completes the design. Much like other SB Dunk collabs, this release will also come with extra set of laces.

Albino & Preto Nike SB Dunk Low Release Date

Look for the Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk Low to release on September 23rd at select skate shops, albinoandpreto.com, and Nike.com (SNKRS). The retail price tag is set at $130 USD.

MSCHF x Reebok Pump Omni Zone IX will release on the 27th of September through MSCHF and the MSCHF app.

When Joe Budden encouraged audiences to “Pump It Up” in 2003, he wasn’t talking about the wild Pump Omni Zone IX collaboration from MSCHF and Reebok, but he might as well have been. There’s never been a shoe that’s, well, so pumped. The merry band of Brooklyn-based misfits at MSCHF took the Pump’s name and signature technology quite literally, multiplying its signature tongue embellishment and spreading it across the entirety of the upper like basketball sneaker chicken pox for a unique tribute to a shoe — and a technology — made iconic by Dee Brown in the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk Contest.

Its inherently playful nature aside, the MSCHF x Reebok Pump Omni Zone IX is bursting at the seams with unique details. Arriving in a faux-aged “Sunbleached” colorway and a classic “White/Blue/Orange” makeup, the co-created sneaker features alternating branding on its Pump units: some read “The Pump” and others read “The MSCHF.” Besides the bouncing balls, the shoes also read “Boing Boing” on the heel and “Boing Boing Technology” on the midsole, continuing MSCHF’s fascination with “boing,” a noun that was also used in the press release for their Internet-breaking Big Red Boot back in February. Sean Wotherspoon and adidas have partnered on a handful of sneakers with sustainability and eco-friendly materials at the forefront and that doesn’t change on the adidas Gazelle. After teasing photos and giving fans an insight into the process of collaborating on a sneaker, a release date is set for the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Gazelle.

As a proud vegan, Sean and the 3 Stripes drop the traditional suede build of the Gazelle and opt for hemp and mushroom on the upper. The green upper features white embroidery that flows throughout the upper, as Sean’s logo is stitched on the maroon heeltab alongside adidas Hemp branding.
