Mate id take giroud in a heartbeat I really like him as a player, hes wasted at arsenal, he would do a fantastic job here, id even prefer him over dzeko.

I'd take either as I have stated before. Edging more to Giroud, the closer we get to DD but Dzeko is the better CF long term.

Giroud on loan with an option to purchase is probably the best deal that's been mentioned.

Agree 100% aslong as crouch or carroll aint here come DD am happy. Personally for me wingbacks are our biggest problem atm. But hey thats just me

Danger with leaving a move for Giroud so late of course is that we're leaving it in a direct rivals' hands not to fuck us over. They can string us along until the deadline saying they'll agree to sell him to us and then pull the plug at the last second.

For that reason, I hope we're also keyed in with Dortmund. They don't sell Auba until they get Batshuayi and Arsenal don't get Auba until we get Giroud.
