It just dawned on me.

Serie A watchers call this guy the new Vidic apparently, no? 

Well, every game Vidic had in Serie A was pretty horrible. I'm not even sure if he played a full 90 minutes. Why on earth then, would they be comparing him to Vidic? It'd be beyond random for them to be comparing him to prime, Premier League Vidic - they'd sooner compare Maksimovic to a fellow Serie A player surely, if trying to say he's good.

So maybe this guy is terrible.

Probably just because he's Serbian, and i think they mean prime vidic.
