The second evidence, the indisputable one is that Terry has admitted to saying "Fuck off, fuck off, yeah yeah, you black cunt? You knob head"So even if the video and lip reading is complete dismissed, you still have Terry's confession of saying that quote. JT never admitted to saying that. He admitted to having used the phrase "black cunt" but according to him it was only in a sarcastic context and he said he was just repeating the words Ferdinand had used. Something like "I never called you a fucking black cunt, you fucking knobhead" but with the view blocked in the video when he supposedly said "never called". It's just two men with only their words against each other with a couple testimonies in Terry's behalf.
